Abstract
Šis išradimas susijęs su naujais skyles transportuojančiais junginiais, turinčiais enamino grupių, kurie gali būti apibūdinti kaip skyliniai puslaidininkiai. Išradimo junginiai yra skirti panaudoti organiniuose optoelektroniniuose bei fotoelektrocheminiuose prietaisuose kaip skyles transportuojančios medžiagos. Šis išradimas pateikia naujas skyles transportuojančias medžiagas, užtikrinančias aukštą perovskitinių, organiniais dažikliais ar metaloorganiniais dažikliais sensibilizuotų saulės elementų efektyvumą bei tinkamas panaudoti optoelektroniniams prietaisams, kaip pvz. organiniams šviesą išspinduliuojantiems diodams (OLED), efektyviems lauko tranzistoriams (FET).
