Abstract

본 발명은 좌석, 특히 대중교통수단용 자동차에 응용가능한 좌석에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 목적은 특징구성요소를 따로 필요로 하지 않으며 다양한 크기의 각종 설비에 응용가능하여 경제적으로 제조할수 있는 차량용좌석에 관한 것이다.본발명에 따른 상기 차량용좌석은 연속적인 좌석 시트와 다양한 폭의 등받이부를 포함한 좌석모듈(1)로 이루어져 있다. 상기 좌석모듈은 상기 좌석시트 전폭에 걸쳐 외팔보 구성되어 있으며 상기 좌석 시트의 전단부에 평행하게 진행되는 두개 내지 그이상의 공동부재(2,3,4)로 이루어져 있다. 이 공동부재들은 웹형태의 적절한 경화요소와 다른 보강재가 내장되어 있으며 마찰 잠금부재를 사용하거나 혹은 일체형결합에 의하여 부분적으로 또는 전체적으로 서로간에 부착되어 있다. 상기 공동부재는 경금속합금또는 합성수지로 이루어져있고 상기 좌석 모듈의 개방면은 커버로 덮혀 있으며 상기 모듈은 일측또는 양측이지지되어 있다. 다른 구성부는 팔걸이 머리받침 및 쿠션고정대 등이다.

제1도는 일체형 보조프레임, 좌석받침대 및 등받이 받침대와 아울러 하부 프레임 구성요소를 포함한 좌석모듈을 나타낸 도면.
제2도는 팔걸이고정부를 나타낸 도면.
제3도는 머리받침대 고정부 또는 손잡이 고정부를 나타낸 도면.
제4도는 쿠션부 고정부를 나타낸 도면.

Claims (5)

  1. 팔걸이 및 머리받침과 같이 상호 연결되어 있는 의자요소 및 받침요소로써 형성된 좌석모듈로 이루어진 좌석, 특히 대중교통수단 차량용 좌석에 있어서, 상기 좌석모듈(1)은 내부에 의자부 및 받침부들이 장착되는 폐쇄된 구성요소로서, 다양한 폭으로 구성되어 있으며; -상기 좌석모듈은 의자폭에 걸쳐 외팔보(cantilevered)로써 구성되어 있으며: -상기 좌석모듈은 두 개 또는 그이상의 공동 섹션(hollow section,2,3,4)으로 이루어져 있으며 :-상기 공동섹션은 의자의 전단모서리에 평행하게 진행하며 -상기 공동섹션은 웹 및 보강재에 의해서 충분히 경화되어 있으며:-상기 공동섹션은 부분적으로 혹은 전체적으로 서로간에 부속연결에 의해서 및/또는 가압공정에 의해서, 및/또는 동일물질 구성으로 인해 일체형으로 구성되어 있으며:-상기 공동섹션은 경금속합금 또는 합성수지로 이루어져 있으며:-상기 좌석모듈의 개방된 전단측은 커버시트에 의해서 덮혀 있으며: 그리고 -상기 좌석모듈은 일측 또는 양측에서 지지하도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 차량용 좌석.
  2. 제1항에 따라, 좌석폭이 더 넓게 구성된 차량용 좌석에 있어서, -상기 좌석(1)은 보조 받침대를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 좌석.
  3. 제1항 및 제2항에 따라 팔걸이(5)고정용 연결요소가 포함된 좌석에 있어서, -연결요소는 상기 좌석모듈(1)의 공동챔버내에 형성되어 있으며 인장나사(8)에 의해 공동챔버웹 쪽으로 신장되어 있는 키이부재(6,7)로 이루어져 있으며; 그리고 -상기 연결요소는 상기 공동챔버벽에 평행하게 놓이도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 좌석.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항에 따라, 머리 받침대(8)고정용 연결요소가 포함된 좌석에 있어서 -연결요소(9)는 강철스프링편(12)이 들어있는 사각파이프(11)가 안에 끼워져 있는 원통형 파이프(9)로 이루어지고:-상기 연결요소는 공동챔버벽을 나누며: -그리고-상기 강철스프링편은 인장나사(14) 및 스토퍼(13)에 의해 부착되도록 구성됨 을 특징으로 하는 좌석.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항에 따라, 쿠션부(15) 고정용 구성요소가 포함된 좌석에 있어서, -쿠션부(15)에는 쿠션바닥면쪽으로 직각이 되게 구성되어 있으며 슬릿(20)을 통하여 좌석모듈(1)섹션의 공동쳄버 안으로 튀어나온 접합판(19)이 장착되어 있고:-상기 접합판(19)은 공동챔버 내측면 상부에 장착된 구성요소(21)안으로 유입되는 막대(17)에 의해서 지지되며; -상기 막대(17)에 의해서 지지되며; -상기 막대(17)는 좌석모듈(1)을 폐쇄할 경우에 측커버에 의해서 뒤덮히도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 좌석.
