Abstract
2개의 단부판(7), 금속 또는 금속합금으로 된 2극판(1), 가스투과성금속분배기(2), 금속 전류 집전기(3) 가스상반응물을 공급하고 과인반응물 및 농축물을 배출하는 채널을 구비한 가스킷프레인(4), 한쌍의 비금속 가스확산전극(5) 및 이온교환멤브레인(6)으로 구성된 전기화학전지를 기술하였다. 거리에서, 상기 전류도체는, 널리 분포되고 분할된 접촉영역을 분리된 피크없이 전극영역에 제공하며 또 거치름없이 매우 평탄한 표면을 구비하며, 그리고 동시에 가스흐름을 통기성과 투과성을 제공한다.

Claims (15)
- 2개의 단부판(7), 금속 또는 금속합금으로 된 2극관(1), 가스흐름에 투과성 금속분배개(2), 금속전류집전기(3), 가스상 반응물을 공급하고 과잉반응물 및 농축물을 배출하는 채널을 구비한 가스킷(4), 한쌍의 가스확산전극(5) 및 이온교환 멤브레인(6)으로 구성된 전기화학전지에 있어서, 상기 집전기(3)는 피크 및 돌출부가 없으며, 가스흐름에 통기성 및 투과성이고 널리 분포되고 분할된 접촉영역을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전지는 에노드 컴파트먼트(-극)에 수소를 포함하고 있는 반응물 및 캐소드 컴파트먼트(+극)에 공기를 포함하고 있는 산화제가 공급된 연료전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 상기 집전기(3)중의 1개는 금속섬유의 직경이 0.1-1㎜ 간에서 구성되고 적어도 50%의 다공성을 가진 그물형의 3차원 재료되 제조된고, 그의 전지는 제품이 잔여변형성을 안갖게 하기 위하여 2편면판간에 압력을 가한후 완전히 붕괴되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 상기 집전기(3)중의 1개는 0.1-0.5㎜간에서 구성된 최종 두께를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전지화학전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 상기 집전기(3)중의 1개는 스테인레스강, 고합금강, 니켈, 니켈-크로뮴, 전도성 산화물로 도장된 티탄늄, 금으로 구성된 한군에서 선정된 전기적 전도성이고 항부식성 재로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 상기 집전기(3)중의 1개는 금속가는그물로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학전지.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 가는 금속그물은 본질적으로 편편하며, 0.1-0.3㎜간에서 구성된 두께를 가지며 50%이상의 공급율을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 상기 금속분배기(2)중의 1개는 0.1-1㎜간에 구성된 금속섬유의 직경과 적어도 50%의 공극율 및 전지의 크램프에 의한 압축후 잔여변형성과 탄성을 가진 그물형 3차원 재로 구성되며, 상기 분배기는 제한된 영역을 가진 복수의 접촉점을 구비한 표면을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분배기(2)는 스페인레스강, 고합금강, 니켈과 그의 합금, 동과 그의 합금으로 구성된 군에서 선정된 전기적 도전성 및 항부식성 재로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지화학전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 상기 분배기(2)중의 1개는 메시 또는 1-10㎜간의 경사재와 1-5㎜의 두께를 가진 구멍있는 불평평한 팽창된 시트로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이온교환 멤브레인(6) 은 0.1㎜ 이하의 두께를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가스확산전극(5)은 0.03㎜ 이하의 두께를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학전지.
- 제3항에 있어서, 가스확산전극(5)은 상기 집전기(3)상에 직접 처리된 촉매코팅으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학전지.
- 전기적으로 직렬로 접속된 전기화학전지의 스택(stack)에 있어서, 적어도 전지중의 1개는 제1항의 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지화학전지의 스택.
- 2개의 완전한 평면판간에 3차원 그물형재의 위치설정 및 3차원의 그물형재를 완전히 붕괴하여 어떠한 잔여변형성을 제거될때까지 상기 양평면판에 직교의 압력을 인가하는 특징을 하는 제3항의 전류집전기를 제조하는 방법.
