Abstract

권취극판군에서 권취부의 중심에 위치한 세퍼레이터의 본래의 역할인 양극판과 음극판의 단락 방지에 기여하는 데에 있어서 불필요한 부분을 절단기구나 레이저빔을 이용하여 제거하는 공정을 첨가함으로써 권취극판군의 내부 공간을 증대시키고 이로 인하여 주입되는 전해액의 양을 증가시켜 권취극판군의 성능을 향상시키고 내부에서 가스발생시에 캔의 내압을 감소시킨다.

권치극판군용 세퍼레이터
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 권치기(winding machine)에서 극판과 세퍼레이터(separaaror), 권취축에 세퍼레이터가 삽입되어 있는 모습을 나타낸 평면도(a) 및 정면도(b).
제2도는 권취한 후에 극판과 세퍼레이터가 캔에 삽입된 젤리롤 타입(felly-roll type)구조를 갖는 전지의 부분단면도.
제3도는 권취한 젤리롤 타입 구조의 전지에서 세퍼레이터의 절취해 낼 부위를 표시한 부분 단면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 양극판; 음극판 ; 양극단자; 음극 단자; 상기 양극판과 음극관 사이에 제공되는 세퍼레이터; 그리고 전해질; 을 포함하며, 상기 양극판, 음극판 그리고 세퍼레이터를 권치하여 형성되는 권치극판군에 있어서, 상기 세퍼레이터는 중심부에서 상기 세퍼레이터끼리 중첩되는 부분을 절단한 권치극판군.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세퍼레이터는 중심부로부터 1∼14mm 절단한 권취극판군.
  3. 양극 활물질 슬러리를 금속지지체 상에 도포, 건조 그리고 압연하여 양극판을 제조하고; 음극 활물질 슬러리를 금속지지체 상에 도포, 건조 그리고 압연하여 음극판을 제조하고; 세퍼레이터를 상기 양극판 및 음극판 사이에 개재하여 권취하고; 상기 권취 상태로 조립된 극판과 세퍼레이터를 캔 내부에 삽입한 후 전해액을 주입하고 상측 개구부에 캡 어셈블리를 장착하는; 공정을 포함하는 권치극판군의 제보방법에 있어서, 상기 세퍼레어터는 중심부에서 상기 새퍼레이터끼리 중첩되는 부분이 절단된 권치극판군의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 세퍼레이터 중심부로부터 1∼14mm절단한 권치극판군의 제조방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 세퍼레이터의 절단공정은 캔에 절단기구를 삽입하거나 레이저빔을 이용하는 권치국판군의 제조방법.
