Abstract

비페닐-4-술폰산의 알칼리 가수분해에 의해 얻어지고 4-히드록시비페닐을 포함하는 반응 혼합물이 115℃이상 및 0 내지 6.5 이하의 pH에서 고압하에 가열될때, 4-히드록시비페닐은 비요변성 형태로 얻어진다.

Claims (3)

  1. 물로 희석하고 광산으로 중화한 후, 115℃ 이상의 온도 및 0 내지 6.5 이하의 pH에서 고압하에 알칼리 반응 혼합물을 가열하는 것을 포함하는, 알칼리 금속 수산화물과의 알칼리 가수분해에 의해 비페닐-4-술폰산으로부터 비요변성(non-thixotropic)의 습기있는 생성물 형태로 4-히드록시비페닐을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중화된 반응 혼합물을 120 내지 170℃, 특히 바람직하게는 125 내지 155℃, 특히 130 내지 145℃ 및 pH 6.5 미만에서 고압하에 가열하는 제조 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 4-히드록시비페닐이 290 내지 340℃, 특히 310 내지 330℃의 온도 및 2내지 120bar, 바람직하게는 5 내지 80bar, 특히 바람직하게는 10 내지 40bar의 압력에서 50 내지 96%중량%, 바람직하게는 60 내지 95중량%, 특히 바람직하게는 65 내지 85중량%의 알칼리 금속 수산화물 농도에서, 수성 알칼리 금속 수산화물의 양이 반응 혼합물 중에 알칼리 금속 비페닐술포네이트 1몰당 알칼리 금속 수산화물 3 내지 25몰, 바람직하게는 알칼리 금속 비페닐술포네이트 1몰당 알칼리 금속 수산화물 5 내지 12몰이 존재하는 정도인 조건에서 비페닐-4-술포산으로부터의 알칼리 가압 가수분해에 의해 얻어지는 제조 방법.
