Abstract

본 발명은 엔진회전수, 브레이크 스위치, 가속페달 스위치, 발전기로부터 입력되는 신호값을 제어장치에서 받아들여 브레이크 시스템과 클러치 시스템을 연동 제어하여 정차시 자동파킹이 이루어져 운전의 편의성을 증대시킨 차량의 파킹장치 및 그 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 엔진측에 부설되어 엔진의 출력축 회전수를 센싱하는 엔진회전수센서(12)와, 브레이크 페달측에 설치되어 이 페달의 동작에 의해 온/오프 스위칭 동작하는 브레이크 스위치(14)와, 가속페달측에 설치되어 이 페달의 동작에 의해 온/오프스위칭 동작하는 가속페달 스위치(16)와 상기 엔진회전수센서, 브레이크 스위치, 가속페달 스위치 및 차량 발전기(18)의 각 신호값을 전달받아 미리 설정된 제어값과 비교 판단하는 마이크로프로세서(10)와, 이 마이크로프로세서(10)의 출력신호값에 따라 작동유로를 개방 패쇄하는 제동측 솔레노이드밸브(20) 및 클러치측 솔레노이드 밸브(22)와, 이들 솔레노이드밸브(20,22)의 작동조건에 따라 브레이크 시스템(28)과 클러치 시스템(30)을 구동시키는 2개의 액튜에이터(24,26)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 엔진측에 부설되어 엔진의 출력축 회전수를 센싱하는 엔진회전수센서(12)와 브레이크 페달측에 설치되어 이 페달의 동작에 의해 온/오프 스위칭 동작하는 브레이크 스위치(14)와, 가속페달측에 설치되어 이 페달의 동작에 의해 온/오프 스위칭 동작하는 가속페달 스위치(16)와, 상기 엔진 회전수센서, 브레이크 스위치, 가속페달 스위치 및 차량 발전기(18)의 각 신호값을 전달받아 미리 설정된 제어값과 비교, 판단하는 마이크로프로세서(10)와, 이 마이크로프로세서(10)의 출력 신호값에 따라 작동유로를 개방, 패쇄하는 제동측 솔레노이드밸브(20) 및 클러치측 솔레노이드 밸브(22)와, 이들 솔레노이드밸브(20,22)의 작동조건에 따라 브레이크 시스템(28)과 클러치 시스템(30)을 구동시키는 2개의 액튜에이터(24,26)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 파킹장치.
  2. (a) 엔진회전수 브레이크 스위치(14)의 온/오프 동작, 가속페달 스위치(16)의 온/오프 동작 및 발전기(18)의 전압발생을 마이크로프로세서(10) 설정된 조건과 비교 확인하는 단계와; (b) 상기 (a)단계에서 엔진 회전수가 0이고, 발전기의 전압이 발생되지 않으면 마이크로프로세서(10)는 제동측 솔레노이드밸브(20)에 가해진 전원을 제거하고 액튜에이터(24)에 최대 압력이 발생하도록 하여 브레이크 시스템(28)에 제동력이 발생하는 주차단계와; (c) 상기 (a)단계에서 브레이크 스위치(14)가 오프되고 가속페달 스위치(16)가 온되어 엔진회전수센서(12)로부터 회전수 신호를 받는 조건이 만족되면 마이크로프로세서는 출발로 판단하여 제동측 솔레노이드밸브(20)를 작동시키고 액튜에이터(24)가 브레이크 시스템(28)의 제동력을 해제하여 출발하는 단계와; (d) 상기 (a)단계에서 브레이크 페달을 밟을 때 브레이크 스위치(14)가 온되어 마이크로프로세서(10)는 감속을 판단하고 브레이크 시스템(28)이 작동하여 제동력이 발생하고 일정시간 후 클러치 시스템(30)이 작동하여 구동력을 차단하는 감속단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 파킹장치 제어방법.
