Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 액체연료탱크의 연료전략장치에 관한 것으로 액체연료탱크내의 오일유동압력과 오일하중압력을 제어하도록 하여 안정된 연료흡입으로 완전연소와 연료소모량을 감소시키고 엔진의 소음 및 매연발생을 방지하도록 한 것이다.
일반적인 자동차연료탱크는 연료흡입파이프가 연료탱크바닥에 위치하여 액체연료를 흡입 공급하도록 되어있어, 연료탱크내의 오일유동압력과 오일하중압력으로 인하여 연료를 빨아들이는 흡인력과 그 압력의 가속력이 더하여 불규칙적으로 연료가 연소실에 공급케되므로 연소공기량과 공연비가 적당치못하여 불완전연소는 물론 연료소모가 많고, 엔진의 소음 및 매연발생의 원인이 되었으므로 본 발명은 액체연료탱크저면에 별개의 연료공급실을 가지는 종지형 오일용기를 설치하고 격판으로 연료공급실을 구획하고 상부실과 하부실로 나누어서 연료공과 연료유출공을 통해 연료가 유입되게 하고 또 연료흡입파이프의 하단부를 별개의 하부실에 있게 설치고정함으로 가속압력이 없는 무압력상태에서 연료가 흡인공급되어지고 또 일정량의 연료공급으로 연소공기량과의 적절한 공연비의 유지가 이루어지도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 자동차의 액체연료탱크(1)저면에 별개의 연료공급실(6)을 가지고 종지형 오일용기(9)을 설치하여 격판(10)으로 상부실(11)과 하부실(12)로 구획형성하고 액체연료탱크(1)저면의 연료유출공(13)과 격판(10)의 연료공(14)으로 연료가 유입되게 하고 연료흡입파이프(2)의 하단부(2')를 하부실(12)에 위치하게 설치고정하여서 하부실(12)에서 연료를 흡입하도록 함을 특징으로 한 자동차액체연료탱크의 연료절략장치.
