Abstract

소위 탱크 배기 밸브를 흡착 필터의 오목부에 수용하는 것은 공지이다. 그러나, 이와 같은 수용을 실현하는 것은 번잡하며 제조 비용이 크다.
본 발명에서 제안한 내연 기관의 연료 탱크(4)의 연료 증기 배출 방지 시스템(1)을 위한 흡착 필터(6)는 1개의 밸브(20)를 갖고 있으며, 이 밸브(20)는 밸브(20)에 부착 가능한 연통관(21)을 거쳐서 내연 기관의 흡기관(22)과 접속되며, 또 흡착 필터(5)의 케이싱(8)에 부착 가능한 탱크관(5)를 거쳐서 연료 탱크(4)와 접속할 수 있다. 이 밸브(20)는 흡착 필터(6)의 케이싱(8) 내에 설치한 개구부(37)에 삽입할 수 있게 케이싱(8)에 유지되고 있다. 본 발명의 흡착 필터는 특히, 혼합기는 압축하는 불꽃 점화식 내연 기관의 연료 증기 배출 방지 시스템에 적합하다.

제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 의한 밸브를 부착한 본 발명의 흡착필터를 도시한 도면, 제2도는 본 발명의 제2의 실시예에 의한 밸브를 부착한 흡착 필터의 부분도를 도시한 도면, 제3도는 흡착 필터에 부착된 제2도에 도시된 밸브의 방향에서 본 흡착 필터를 도시한 내면도.

Claims (16)

  1. 내연 기관의 연료 탱크에서 연료 증기 배출 방지 시스템에 사용을 위한 흡착 필터에 있어서, 1개의 밸브를 가지며, 그 밸브에 부착 가능한 연통관을 거쳐서 내연 기관의 흡기관에 상기 밸브가 접속되며, 또, 흡착 필터의 케이싱에 부착 가능한 탱크관을 거쳐서 연료 탱크와 접속할 수 있는 형식인 것에서 상기 밸브(20)가 흡착 필터(6)의 케이싱(8) 내에 설치한 개구부(37)에 삽입할 수 있도록 그 케이싱(8)에 유지되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착 필터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 흡착 필터(6)의 케이싱(8)이 되접어 꺾음부(38)를 갖고 있으며, 그 되집어 꺾음부(38)가 케이싱(8)내에서 개구부(37)를 형성하고, 또한 흡착 필터(6)의 내부에 일부 연장되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착 필터.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 되접어 꺾음부(38)가 흡착 필터(6)의 플라스틱제의 케이싱(8)과 일체적으로 성형되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착 필터.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 되접어 꺾음부(38)가 케이싱(8)의 내면(39)에 부착한 투관으로서 형성되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착 필터.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브(20)가 밸브(20)의 유입 슬리브(50)에 씌워 끼워져서 상기 개구부(37)에 질러 넣어지는 밀봉 플러그(40)에 의해서 상기 개구부(37)내에 유지되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착 필터.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 플러그(40)가 탄성 재료 즉, 플라스틱 또는 고무로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착 필터.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 플러그(40)가 내측 개구부(47)를 갖고 있으며 그 내측 개구부(47)가 1개 이상의 전주홈(49)을 갖고 있으며, 계지연 겔을 위해서 상기 밸브(20)의 유익 연부(52)가 상기 홈(49)에 걸어 맞춤하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착 필터.
  8. 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 되접어 꺾음부(38)의 내벽(61)은 적어도 1개의 계지홈(60)을 갖고 있으며 계지 연결을 위해 상기 밸브(20)의 단부 구역(73)에 설치한 계지부(74)가 상기 계지홈(60)에 걸어맞춤되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착 필터.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 계지부(74)는 상기 밸브(20)의 외면(51)로부터 융기부 형상으로 돌출하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착 필터.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서 상기 계지부(74)가 후크 모양의 단면을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착 필터.
  11. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 되접어 꺾음부(38)가 되접어 꺾음부(38)의 단면적을 흡착 필터(6)의 외면(14)으로 향해서 확대하고 있는 단부(62)를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착 필터.
  12. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 되접어 꺾음부(38)가 흡착 필터(6)의 내면(39)으로부터 나오고 있는 단면적이 보다 큰 투관(27)에 의해서 에워싸고 있으며, 그 투관(27)이 필터(19)에서 상기되접어 꺾음부(38)를 덮고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착 필터.
  13. 제2항에 있어서, 흡착 필터(6)의 내부에 있는 상기 되접어 꺾음부(38)의 끝부분이 필터(19)에 의해서 덮히고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착 필터.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브(20)의 유입 슬리브(50)에 필터(19)가 부착되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착 필터.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브(20)가 흡착 필터(6)의 상기 개구부(37) 내에서 회전할 수 있게 유지되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착 필터.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브(20)가 전자적으로 조작할 수 있도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착 필터.
