Abstract
본 발명은 자동차의 오토 엔진 등의 내연기관용 배기장치로서, 촉매작동기구(4)를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 촉매작동기구(4)가 그 하우징(12) 내에 배열된 적어도 하나의 전기 가열식 벌집체(5)를 갖추고 있고, 상기 벌집체(5)를 통해서 배기가스가 유동할 수 있으며, 상기 벌집체(5)가 전기 배선(9,10)을 통해서 상기 하우징(12) 상에 제공된 접속부와 연결되어 있으며, 상기 촉매작동기구(4)가 상기 배기장치로부터 전기적으로 분리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 배기장치에 관한 것이다. 배기장치로부터 촉매작동기구(4)의 전기적인 분리를 위하여, 하우징은 흡기구(7) 및 배기구(6) 상에 전기적으로 절연되어 있는 중간층(15)을 갖추고 있다.

제1도는 내연기관용 배기장치의 배치를 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다. 제2도는 촉매작동기구의 종단면도이다.
Claims (7)
- 자동차의 오토 엔진 등의 내연기관용 배기장치로서, 촉매작동기구(4)를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 촉매작동기구(4)가 그 하우징(12) 내에 배열된 적어도 하나의 전기 가열식 벌집체(5)를 갖추고 있고, 상기 벌집체(5)를 통해서 배기가스가 유동할 수 있으며, 상기 벌집체(5)가 전기 배선(9,10)을 통해서 상기 하우징(12) 상에 제공된 접속부와 연결되어 있는 내연기관용 배기장치에 있어서, 상기 촉매작동기구(4)가 상기 배기장치로부터 전기적으로 분리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 배기장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배기장치가 절연재료로 제조된 고정부재에 의해서 부분적으로 자동차 상에 배열되어 있으며, 상기 하우징(12)이 상기 배기장치로부터 전기적으로 절연되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 배기장치.
- 상기 하우징(12)의 흡기구(7) 및 배기부(6) 중 적어도 어느 한 쪽에는 절연층이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 배기장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 촉매작동기구(4)와 상기 배기장치의 인접한 다른 구성부품의 사이에는 전기적으로 절연되어 있는 중간층(15)이 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 배기장치.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 중간층(15)이 세라믹 재료로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 배기장치.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 중간층(15)이 플라스틱으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 배기장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(12)은 전기 절연되어 있는 재료로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 배기장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
