Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 내연기관에서 발생한 배기가스에 포함되어 있는 미연소 유해가스성분을 완전히 재연소시켜 배출시키도록 하는 자동차 내연기관의 배기가스 재연소장치에 관한 것으로 기존의 배기가스 연소장치가 배기가스 중에 포함된 미연소성분중 일부만 재연소시키게 되어 유해가스성분을 제대로 제거할 수 없었던 문제점을 해결한 것이다.
따라서 본 발명은 열전도가 양호한 금속재의 반구형 외측 연소망을 서로 맞대어 원통형을 이루게 하고 상기 외측연소망 내측으로 동일 형상의 내측연소망을 구비시키며 상기 내측연소망 내측으로 평면형상의 평연소망을 구비시킨후 상기 평연소망, 내측연소망, 외측연소망을 구리재질의 고정편으로 측면을 감싸 일체로 고정시킴으로써 배기가스 재연소구를 형성시키며 상기된 배기가스 재연소구를 배기 메니폴드에 장착시켜 배기가스를 완전 재연소시키도록 하므로써 배기가스와의 접촉면적을 넓혀 완전한 배기가스의 재연소를 이루게 된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 내연기관용 엔진(1)의 배기가스출구(2)쪽에 고정되어 소음기(3)를 통하여 배기파이프(4)로 배기가스를 배출시키는 배기 메니폴드(5)를 고정함에 있어서, 반구형으로 구성되고 서로 맞대어 원통형을 형성시키는 외측 연소망(11)을 구비하고 외측연소망(11)의 내측으로 외측연소망(11)과 동일형상의 내측연소망(12)을 구비하며 내측연소망(12)의 내측으로 평판 형상의 평연소망(13)을 구비시킨후 상기 외측연소망(11)과 내측연소망(12) 및 평연소망(13)의 측면을 고정편(14)으로 감싸 고정시킨 배기가스 재연소구(10)를 배기가스출구(2)와 배기 메니폴드(5) 내측에 삽입고정시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 내연기관의 배기가스 재연소장치.
