Dispositivo de escape para motor de combustión interna, que comprende un sistema de tratamiento de los gases de escape (5), tal como un catalizador o un filtro de partículas, de un tipo que comprende una cubierta (51) en el interior de la cual está alojada un cuerpo de tratamiento (52) atravesado por los gases de escape, que comprende aguas arriba de dicho sistema de tratamiento de los gases de escape (5), en el sentido de circulación de los gases de escape, un conducto acodado (6) de conducción de los gases de escape, comprendiendo dicho conducto (6) medios deflectores (62) que permiten asegurar una repartición homogénea de los gases de escape a través de dicho cuerpo de tratamiento (52), caracterizado porque el conducto acodado (6) tiene una forma semicircular y porque los medios deflectores consisten en una pared deflectora (62) obtenida por deformación de la pared del conducto de unión (6) en la parte exterior del codo.
