Abstract

불활성 기압하, 170℃이하의 온도 및 수온 4mm 미만의 압력에서 비타민 A 제제를 가열하고 상기의 가열은 빛이 차단된 용기에서 일어나는 것으로 이루어진 비타민 A의 정제 방법이 개시되어 있다. 이 방법에서 수득한 비타민 A는 토코페롤 대 비타민 A의 비가 0.5:1-2:1로 혼합된다. 비타민 A와 토코페롤 혼합물은 아카시아검, 녹말, 펙틴 또는 기타 적당한 물질로 캡슐화될 수 있다. 비타민 A가 캡슐화될 때 요구되는 토코페롤의 비는 적으며, 바람직하게는 캡슐화된 비타민 A 조성물에서 토코페롤 대 비타민 A의 비는 0.05:1-약 2:1이 사용된다. 기타 산화방지제도 첨가될 수 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. 실질적으로 베타-이오논 및 용매가 없고, 비타민 A의 5% 미만은 토코페롤과 비타민 A의 혼합물을 함유하는 시스-이성질체이며, 토코페롤 대 비타민 A의 비는 0.5:1-2:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 보관 안정성의 정제된 비타민 A 제제.
  2. 실질적으로 베타-이오논 및 용매가 없고, 비타민 A의 5% 미만은 토코페롤과 비타민 A의 혼합물을 함유하는 시스-이성질체이며, 토코페롤 대 비타민 A의 비는 0.5:1-2:1이고, 상기의 비타민 A는 캡슐화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보관안정성의 정제된 비타민 A 제제.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 비타민 A는 레티놀의 알킬 에스테르, 바람직하게는 레티놀 아세테이트 또는 레티놀 팔미테이트이며, 여기서 토코페롤은 알파토코레폴임을 특징으로 하는 비타민 A 제제.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 비타민 A의 중량에 대해서 3% 미만의 베타-이오논 및 2% 미만의 비타민 A 시스-이성질체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 비타민 A 제제.
  5. 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 비타민 A는 검, 녹말, 펙틴, 젤라틴, 지질 하드스탁, 에틸 셀룰로오즈 또는 이들의 혼합물에서 선택된 군 중의 하나로 캡슐화된 것을 특징으로 하는 비타민 A 제제.
  6. 하기의 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 비타민 A의 나쁜 향 및 냄새를 제거하는 방법 : (a) 비타민 A 샘플을 탈포하는 단계 : (b) 실질적으로 모든 베타-이오논 및 용매가 제거될 때까지 불활성 기체를 살포하면서 빛의 부재하 4mmHg 미만의 압력과 170℃ 미만의 온도에서 탈포된 비타민 A를 가열하는 단계 ; 및 (c) 비타민 A를 0.5-2부의 토코페롤/비타민 A와 혼합하는 단계.
  7. 하기의 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 비타민 A의 나쁜 향 및 냄새를 제거하는 방법 : (a) 비타민 A 샘플을 탈포하는 단계 : (b) 실질적으로 모든 베타-이오논 및 용매가 제거될 때까지 불활성 기체를 살포하면서 빛의 부재하 4mmHg 미만의 압력과 170℃ 미만의 온도에서 탈포된 비타민 A를 가열하는 단계 ; 및 (c) 비타민 A를 0.05 : 1-2 : 1부의 토코페롤/비타민 A와 혼합하는 단계 : 및 (d) 비타민 A 토코페롤 혼합물을 검, 녹말, 펙틴, 젤라틴, 지질 하드스탁, 에틸 셀룰로오즈 또는 이들의 혼합물에서 선택된 군 중의 하나로 캡슐화하는 단계.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 비타민 A는 가열 단계 전에 토코페롤과 혼합되며, 상기에서 비타민 A는 0.3-0.6mmHg의 압력에서 130-150℃의 온도로 가열하고 살포 가스는 질소인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제6항, 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 비타민 A는 레티놀의 알킬 에스테르이고, 토코페롤은 알파 토코페롤이며, 상기의 비타민 A는 비타민 A의 중량에 대해서 3% 미만의 베타-이오논 및 2% 미만의 비타민 A시스-이성질체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항의 조성물을 함유하는 식품.
