Claims (3)

  1. 하기 화학식(II)의 화합물을 비양성자성 유기 용매 중에서 포타슘 tert-부탄올레이트의 용액과 혼합하고, 이어서 C1-2-알킬 할라이드를 첨가하는 것으로 이루어지는 하기 화학식(I)의 N-보호된 N-알킬화 아미노산의 제조 방법.
    식 중, Rs는 펩티드 합성에서의 통상적인 보호기이고, R1은 단백질 생성 아미노산의 측쇄 또는 그의 유도체이며, R2는 수소, 알킬, 알케닐, 알키닐, 아릴 또는 헤타릴이고, R3은 C1-2-알킬이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 포타슘 tert-부탄올레이트를 염기로서 사용하고, 메틸 요오다이드 또는 브로마이드를 알킬화제로서 사용하는 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, RS가 치환된 카르보벤즈옥시 라디칼인 방법.
