Abstract

각각의 미립자는 심/각(core/shell) 구조를 갖고 심부는 고분자량 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌이고 각부는 저분자량 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌으로 평균입경이 0.05∼1μm인 미립자를 함유하는 드립핑 방지제; 및 이연성 열가소성 수지, 상기 방지제 및 난연제로 이루어진 열가소성 난연성 수지 조성물, 방지제는 드립핑의 억제에서 우수하고, 조성물은 작업성 및 금형으로부터의 이형성이 우수하며 외관 및 난연성이 우수한 성형물을 제공한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 심부(core) 및 각부(shell)로 이루어지는 미립자로서, 심부는 피브릴 형성성의 고분자량 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌이고, 각부는 비피브릴 형성성의 저분자량 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌으로, 평균입경이 0.05∼1μm인 미립자로 이루어지는 이연성 열가소성 수지에 드립핑 방지성을 부여하기 위한 드립핑 방지제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 심부의 피브릴 형성성의 고분자량 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌의 표준비중이 2.230 이하, 각부의 비피브릴 형성성의 저분자량 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌의 평균분자량이 1×104∼8×105, 심부와 각부의 중량비가 95:5∼30:70인 드립핑 방지제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 미립자가 응집하여 된 분말로 이루어진 드립핑 방지제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 이연성 열가소성 수지가, 폴리카보네이트계 수지, 폴리스틸렌계 수지 및 폴리에스테르계 수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 드립핑 방지제.
  5. 이연성 열가소성 수지 100중량부, 심부 및 각부로 이루어지는 미립자로서, 심부는 피브릴 형성성의 고분자량 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌이고, 각부는 비피브릴 형성성의 저분자량 폴리테트라플루오로 에틸렌으로, 평균입경이 0.05∼1㎛인 미립자로 이루어지는 드립핑 방지제 0.0l∼5중량부 및 난연제 0.001∼40중량부로 이루어진 난연성 수지 조성물.
