Abstract

본 발명은 지지 포스트의 하나 이상의 단부에 볼 조인트(4a)를 수납하기 위한 소켓(3)을 구비하는 차량용 차대 지지 포스트에 관한 것이다. 감소된 외형 치수로 높은 강도를 제공하는 동시에 제작비를 감소시키기 위해, 지지 포스트는 가스 내압-사출 성형 공정에 따라 제작되고 그 단부에 일체로 성형된 볼 조인트 소켓(3)을 구비하는 플라스틱제 관형 요소(1)로서 형성된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 지지 포스트의 하나 이상의 단부에 볼 조인트를 수납하기 위한 소켓을 구비하는 차량용 차대 지지 포스트에 있어서, 지지 포스트는 가스 내압-사출 성형 공정에 따라 제작되고 그 단부에 일체로 성형된 볼 조인트 소켓(3)을 구비하는 플라스틱제 관형 요소(1)로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차대 지지 포스트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 관형 요소(1)는 원환형 횡단면으로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차대 지지 포스트.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 관형 요소는 그 길이의 대부분에 걸쳐 동일한 횡단면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차대 지지 포스트.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 관형 요소는 외형 치수가 감소된 이행 구간(2)에 의해 볼 조인트 소켓(3)에 일체로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차대 지지 포스트.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사출 성형시 가스 대신에 지지 포스트의 재료와 동일한 바탕재료로 된 발포 팽창성 플라스틱, 적합하게는 열가소성 플라스틱이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차대 지지 포스트.
