Abstract

본 발명은 산화칼슘 0.2 내지 1.0중량% 및 입상 이산화규소 0.02 내지 2.0중량%로 주성분으로서 탄수화물 및 산미제를 함유하는 분말상 청량음료 제제에 가하는 단계를 포함하는 분말상 청량음료 제제의 안정한 보존방법을 제공한다.
본 발명의 분말상 청량음료 제제는 보존시에 분말의 비교적 급속한 응고, 변색 및 맛의 변화를 일으키지 않고 제조 직후에 얻어진 원래의 분말 상태, 색 및 맛을 장시간동안 유지한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 제제의 총량을 기준으로 하여, 산화칼슘 0.2 내지 1.0중량% 및 입상 이산화규소 0.02 내지 2.0중량%로 주성분으로서 탄수화물 및 산미제를 함유하는 분말상 청량음료 제제에 가하는 단계를 포함하는 분말상 청량음료 제제의 안정한 보존방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 산화칼슘이 화학적으로 합성된 산화칼슘 및 천연산물로부터 유도된 껍질-하소된 칼슘중에서 선택되는 안정한 보존방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 입상 이산화규소가 3차원 무정형 구조를 갖는 안정한 보존방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 입상 이산화규소의 평균 입자 크기가 15㎛ 이하인 안정한 보존방법.
  5. 주성분으로서 탄수화물 및 산미제를 포함하고 산화칼슘 0.2 내지 1.0중량% 및 입상 이산화규소 0.02 내지 2.0중량%가 보존 안정화제호서 첨가된 안정한 분말상 청량음료 제제.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 탄수화물이, 분말의 총량을 기준으로 65 내지 95중량%의 비율로 첨가된 분말상 청량음료 제제.
