Abstract

본 발명은 섬유제품(textile)과 직물(fabrics)적용시 유용한 2성분 가역성 권축 필라멘트에 관한 것이다. 필라멘트는 전체 수축율이 약 25%∼50%, 화이버 수축율이 약 2%∼20%, 권축수축율이 약 20%∼38%이고, 염기성 염색수준이 -8 이하임을 특징으로 한다.

개선된 염색능력을 가지며 가역성 권축필라멘트(REVERSIBLE CRIMP FILAMENTS)를 포함하는 화이버 번들(FIBER BUNDLE)
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1도는 본 발명의 화이버 번들의 평면도이고; 제 2도는 본 발명의 화이버 번들의 대표적 부분의 단면도이며; 제 3도는 제2도의 하나의 대표적 필라멘트로 이루어진 번들부분(bundle portion)의 확대 단면도이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 본질적으로 2성분 아크릴 필라멘트로 이루어진 화이버 번들(fiber bundle): 상기 필라멘트는, 필라멘트의 총 중량을 기초로 하여 약 20중량%∼80중량%의 제1성분인 제1의 아크릴로니트릴을 기초로한 종합체와 필라멘트의 총중량을 기초로 할 때 약 80중량의 20중량% 제 2성분인 제2의 아크릴니트릴을 기초로한 중합체로 이루어지며, 상기 제2의 성분은 상기 제1의 성분과 동일광간에 걸쳐 있고 상기 제 1의 아크릴로니트릴을 기초로한 중합체는 상기 제2의 아크릴로니트릴을 기초로한 중합체 보다 더 친수성이며 ;상기 필라멘트는 총 수축율이 약 25%∼50%이고, 염기성 염색 수준이 약 -8이하이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 총 수축율은 약 2%∼20%의 화이버 수축율과 약 20%∼38%의 권축수축율로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 화이버 번들.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 총 수축율은 약 44%이고 , 화이버 수축율은 약 15%이며, 상기 권축수축율은 약 29%임을 특징으로 하는 화이버 번들.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염기성 염색 수준이 -16.6임을 특징으로 하는 화이버 번들.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 번들내의 상기 필라멘트들은 각각의 상기 필라멘트의 전체 길이를 따라서, 그리고 필라멘트에서 필라멘트로 실질적으로 성분들의 분배가 균일하게 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 화이버 번들.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 모든 상기의 필라멘트들은 상기 제1의 성분과 제2의 성분 사이에 단일의 경계면을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 화이버 번들.
