Abstract

본 발명은 드라이 감촉이고 인장 및 강성이 우수하고 또한 촉감이 유연한 직물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
평균 중합도 400 이상의 이형 단면 재생 섬유를 20중량%이상 포함하는 방적사로 직물을 형성하고 재생 섬유를 할섬화 및/또는 피브릴화시킨다.

Claims (9)

  1. 평균 중합도 400 이상의 이형 재생 섬유를 20중량%이상 포함하는 방적사로 구성된 직물로서 해당 직물에 포함되는 재생 섬유중 1개 이상의 재생 섬유가 할섬화(割纖化) 및 또는 피브릴화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인장 및 강성이 우수하고 촉감이 유연한 직물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 평균 중합도 400 이상의 재생 섬유가 폴리노직 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 인장 및 강성이 우수하고 촉감이 유연한 직물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 이형 단면의 이형도가 0.10~0.95인 것을 특징으로 하는 인장 및 강성이 우수하고 촉감이 유연한 직물.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 이형 단면이 삼각형 단면인 것을 특징으로 하는 인장 및 강성이 우수하고 촉감이 유연한 직물.
  5. 평균 중합도 400 이상의 이형 단면 재생 섬유를 20중량%이상 포함하는 방적사를 이용하여 편직하여 수득한 편직물을 효소 처리한 후, 액류 염색기로 염색하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인장 및 강성이 우수하고 촉감이 유연한 직물의 제조 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서 평균 중합도 400 이상의 재생 섬유가 폴리노직 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 인장 및 강성이 우수하고 촉감이 유연한 직물.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서 효소 처리전에 박기모(博起毛) 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인장 및 강성이 우수하고 촉감이 유연한 직물의 제조 방법.
  8. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서 염색후에 박기모 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인장 및 강성이 우수하고 촉감이 유연한 직물의 제조 방법.
  9. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서 효소 처리전과 염색후 둘다 박기모 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인장 및 강성이 우수하고 촉감이 유연한 직물의 제조 방법.
