Abstract

본 발명은 폴리에스테로로 구성되며 분할 후의 단사 섬도가 0.2 데니어 이하인 용출형 복합섬유로 된 기포를 기모 후 폴리우레탄으로 코팅하고 염색하여 인조 스웨드를 제조함에 있어서, 분산염료로 폴리에스테르 기포를 염색한 다음 환원세정액 중에서 환원세정처리를 하고 마친 다음에 브러싱 공정을 거쳐 라이팅 효과가 나타나도록 함을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 인조스웨드의 제조방법으로, 본 발명에 의하면 촉감 및 외관이 천연피혁과 유사하므로 자켓, 잠바, 코트 등의 의류분야 뿐만 아니라 소파, 자동차시이트 등과 같은 인테리어 분야에도 응용할 수 있는 잇점이 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 폴리에스테르로 구성되며 분할 후의 단사 섬도가 0.2 데니어 이하인 용출형 복합섬유로 된 기포를 기모후 폴리우레탄으로 코팅하고 염색하여 인조 스웨드를 제조함에 있어서, 분산염료로 폴리에스테르 기포를 염색하고, 환원세정액 중에서 환원세정을 마친 다음 브러싱 공정을 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 인조스웨드의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 환원제로 이산화티오요소와 론가리트의 혼합물 3~10g/ℓ를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 인조스웨드의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄코팅은 폴리에테르 폴리올형 폴리우레탄을 사용하고 그 고형분이 기포 중량이 6~25중량%가 되도록 사용 습식 코팅함을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 인조스웨드의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 용출형 복합섬유는 섬유형성성 폴리에스테르 성분과 이용성 폴리에스테르 성분을 제1도-(나)에 도시한 바와 같은 단면형상으로 복합방사한 필라멘트인 것을 사용함을 특징으로 하느 폴리에스테르 인조스웨드의 제조방법.
