Abstract
본 발명은 다층 물질과 그것을 생성하기 위한 공정에 관한 것이다. 다층 물질은 듀로플라스틱(duro-plastic) 고분자와 압력-민감성 접착제로 코팅된 폴리에스테르 기질로 구성된다. 고분자 코팅은 촉매 유기 주석 첨가제와 착색제를 갖는 폴리우레탄 고분자와 저분자 선상 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하는 수산기를 반응시킴으로써 만들어지게 된다. 다층 물질은 찢어짐과 비바람에 잘 견디는 저항성이 있다. 투명한 반응성 코팅 즉 토너 또는 잉키를 잘 받아들이는 코팅 또는 금속 코팅은 고분자-코팅된 기질의 반대 측면에 가해질 수 있다. 그런 다층 물질들은 모델 항공기 구조에서 또는 보통 종이를 사용하는 복사기용상 그리고 인쇄 기질로써 또는 광고 물질로써 골격의 넓은 범위에 걸쳐 신장하기 위해 적당하다.

Claims (18)
- 고분자로, 그리고 필요하다면 열가소성 접착 접착제로 코팅된 그리고, 필요하다면 토너 또는 잉크를 받기 위한 층으로 또는 금속 코팅으로 코팅된 폴리에스테르 기본부에 대해 한정된 수축능력을 갖는 열-활성화한 지지 필름으로 구성되는 다층 물질에 있어서, a) 고분자 코팅은 aa) 고체 폴리우레탄 고분자에 관하여 반응이 수산기 수 3/4 5를 갖는 수산기를 포함하고 있는 폴리우레탄 고분자와 20 : 1의 비율로 저분자 선상 폴리이소시아네이트사이에서 일어나는 것을 가능하게 함으로써 ab) 만약 필요하다면 고체 폴리우레탄 고분자의 15% 용액에 관하여 0.05%까지 유기 주석 혼합물로 구성되는 촉매 첨가제와 함께 ac) 만약 필요하다면 채색된 안료 그리고/또는 형광 안료 그리고/또는 유기 토너로 구성되는 첨가제와 함께 ad) 코로나 방전 유니트에서 바로 전에 표면 처리된 기질에 대해 가함으로써 b) 만약 필요하다면 접착 접착체층은 기질의 건조된 고분자 코팅의 단지 한면에 가해지게 되며, c) 만약 필요하다면 투명한 반응성층은 고분자와 접촉 접착층을 포함하는 기질의 다른 면에 대해 가해지게 되며, d) 만약 필요하다면 금속층은 고분자와 접촉 접착제층을 포함하는 기질의 다른 면에 가해지게 되는 것으로 생성된다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기질은 폴리에스테르로 짜여지지 않은 직물 또는 짜여진 직물을 사용하여 얇은 조각으로 만들어지게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물질.
- 제1항과 제2항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르로 짜여지지 않은 직물 또는 짜여진 직물이, 8 : 1 그리고 12 :1 사이의 폴리이소시아네이트와 폴리우리탄사이의 비를 갖는, 3/4 5 수산치를 갖는 수산기를 포함하는 선상으로 구성된 폴리우레탄 고분자와 NCO 함유량 3/4 11.5%를 갖는 저분자 폴리이소시아네이트사이의 반응에 의해 얻어진 접착제에 의해 기질에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응성층은 토너 또는 잉크를 받기에 적당한 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광-민감성 반응성층을 특징으로 하는 다층 물질.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 반응성층은 2 그리고 8 g/㎡ 사이의 두께를 갖는 기질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물질.
- 제6항에 있어서, 반응성층은 비닐 아세테이트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물질.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 만약 필요하다면 시약의 중량 백분율 0.5 내지 5%가 차폐 효과를 피하기 위해 토너층에 분산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속층은 알루미늄 그리고/또는 크롬으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물질.
- 제9항에 있어서, 금속층은 1㎛(〈1μ)보다 작은 두꼐를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제10항에서 다층물질의 생성을 위한 공정에 있어서, 층은 a) 릴로부터 폴리에스테르 기질의 공급을 연속적으로 펼침으로써 b) 기질의 표면을 물리적으로 처리하기 위해 코로나 방전 유니트를 통하여 필름을 공급함으로써 c) 이것은 롤 코팅기에 의해 기질에 코팅의 적용에 의해 즉각 뒤따르게 되며, 코팅 혼합물은 만약 필요하다면 첨가제와 함께 미리 공급되며, d) 기질은 그후 용매를 증발시키기 위해 그리고 필름을 고정하기 위해 건조 터널을 통하여 공급되며, e) 만약 필요하다면, 얇은 조각으로 만드는 장치가 그후 연결되며, 롤의 시스템으로 구성되며 기질의 한면을 추가로 코팅하기 위해 가열된 롤과 함께 제공되며, f) 코팅된 필름이 냉장장치와 함께 제공된 냉각 시스템을 통하여 공급됨으로써 냉각되며, g) 기질은 다른 릴주위에 감기게 되며, h) 첫째 코팅의 적용에 뒤이어, 추가적인 코팅을 가함으로써 공정의 단계 a) 내지 g)가 만약 필요하다면 반복되며, ⅰ) 그리고 만약 필요하다면 충격 접착층은 이동 코팅에 의해 가해지게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물질의 생성을 위한 공정.
- 제11항에 있어서, j) 공정의 단계 h)에서, 반응성층이 고분자에 반대하는 측면과 접촉 접착제 코팅에 가해지게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물질의 생성을 위한 공정.
- 제11항에 있어서, k) 채색 시약은 공정의 단계 c) 에서 첨가제로써 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물질의 생성을 위한 공정.
- 제12항에 있어서, l) 만약 필요하다면 시약은 차폐 효과를 막기 위해 반응성층에 분산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물질의 생성을 위한 공정.
- 제11항 내지 제14항에 있어서, m) 기질은 정전기의 형성을 줄이기 위해 적어도 두개의 이온화된 막대사이에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물질의 생성을 위한 공정.
- 제15항에 있어서, n) 이온화한 막대는 서로 평행하게 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물질의 생성을 위한 공정.
- 제11항에 있어서, o) 공정의 h)단계에서, 금속층은 고분자와 반대되는 면과 접촉 접착제 코팅에 진공 증발 공정을 사용하여 가해지게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물질의 생성을 위한 공정.
- 제11항 내지 제17항중 하나 또는 몇 개의 항에 있어서, p) 예정된 기간이 중합이 발생하는 것을 가능하게 하는 공정의 개개의 단계들사이에 허용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 물질의 생성을 위한 공정.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
