Abstract
본 발명은 투명한 바나듐산비스무스 안료 및 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 공지의 방법에 의해 제조된 바나듐산비스무스 안료 전구체를 통상적인 하소전에 안료 코팅에 통상적으로 사용도는 코팅 조성물로 코팅하는 것은 바나듐산비스무스 안료에 높은 투명성을 부여한다.

Claims (12)
- a) 용해된 금속 염, 금속산화물 또는 비금속 산화물을 함유할 수 있는, 산 비스무스 염 용액 및 바나둠산염 용액으로부터 침전에 의해 통상적인 방법으로 무정형 안료 전구체를 제조하고, b) 그렇게 생성된 무정형 안료 전구체를, 총량 기준 1 내지 50중량%의 안료코팅에 통상적으로 사용되는 무기 코팅 물질로 코팅시키고 계속해서 c) 50 내지 800℃의 온도 범위에서 통상적인 방법으로 열처리 및 해응집시키는 것을 포함하는 투명한 바나듐산비스무스 안료의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코팅(b)을 총량 기준 10 내지 30중량%의 코팅 물질로 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코팅 물질이 인산염 및 피로인산염, 수산화물, 산화물 및 함수 산화물, 및 탄산염, 질산염, 플루오르화물, 플루오르규산염, 몰리브덴산염 및 황산염, 또는 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 무기 화합물인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 아연 또는 알루미늄의 수화물 또는 인산염, 또는 그의 혼합물의 사용을 포함하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 아연 또는 알루미늄의 인산염, 또는 그의 혼합물의 사용을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 용액에서의 침전 전후 및 코팅 공정(b)의 전에 통상적인 분산기에서 안료 전구체를 완전히 분산시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코팅 공정(b)에서 생성된 생성물을 코팅 조성물의 첨가 전후 및 열처리 전에 통상적인 분산기에서 완전히 분산시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하소 (c) 후에 산 또는 염기로 처리함으로써 코팅을 제거하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 안료 함량 38% 및 건조 층 두께 40㎛에서 알키드 멜라민 페인트 도포시 L*4의 투명도를 가지는 일반조성, Bi2O3×V2O3(식 중, 비스무스 및 바나듐은 다른 금속 또는 비금속으로 부분적으로 대체될 수 있음)의 바나듐비스무스 안료.
- 제9항에 있어서, 비스무스 및 바나듐을 부분적으로 대체할 수 있는 금속 또는 비금속이 Li, Mg, Zn, Al AL 및 Ca, 및 W, P 및 Mo인 바나듐산비스무스 안료.
- 제9항에 있어서, 바나듐산비스무스 씨. 아이. 피그먼트 엘로우(C.I. Pigment Yellow)184 유형을 기재로 하는 것인 바나듐산비스무스 안료.
- 제9항에 따른 바나듐산비스무스 안료로 착색된 고 분자량 유기 물질.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
