차량의 비상 주차상태를 표시하는 장치에 관한 것이다.
2. 발명이 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제
별도로 차량에 비치하거나 운전자가 휴대할 필요가 없을 뿐만아니라 차량의 비상 주차 상태를 신속히 알릴 수 있는 비상 주차 표시장치를 제공한다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
차량의 비상 주차시 점등시켜 비상 주차 상태를 나타내기 위한 비상 주차등을 차량의 뒷면에 장착한다.
4. 발명의 중요한 용도
차량의 비상 주차상태를 표시하는데 이용한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 비상 주차등 장착 상태도, 제2도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 회로도, 제3도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 회로도, 제4도는 제3도 중 마이컴의 처리 흐름도, 제5도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 비상 주차등 장착 상태도.

Claims (12)

  1. 차량의 비상 주차 표시장치에 있어서, 상기 차량의 비상 주차시 점등시켜 비상 주차 상태를 나타내기 위한 비상 주차등을 차량의 뒷면에 장착함을 특징으로 하는 비상 주차 표시장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비상 주차등을 온/오프시키기 위한 비상 스위치와, 상기 비상 스위치의 스위칭에 따라 상기 비상 주차등에 선택적으로 연결되어 상기 비상 주차등을 점멸 동작시키는 점멸장치를 더 구비함을 특징으로 하는 비상 주차 표시장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비상 주차등이, 삼각띠 형태임을 특징으로 하는 비상 주차 표시장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 비상 주차등이, 상기 차창의 뒷 차량에 장착함을 특징으로 하는 비상 주차 표시장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 비상 주차등이, 상기 차량의 트렁크 뒷면에 장착함을 특징으로 하는 비상 주차 표시장치.
  6. 차량의 비상 주차 표시장치에 있어서, 상기 차량의 뒷면에 장착되는 비상 주차등과, 상기 차량의 방향지시등들과 상기 비상 주차등을 선택하기 위한 비상 스위치와, 상기 비상 스위치의 스위칭에 따라 상기 방향지시등들과 상기 비상 주차등에 선택적으로 연결되며 연결된 등을 점멸동작시키는 점멸장치를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 비상 주차 표시장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 비상 스위치가, 제1위치 선택시에는 상기 방향지시등들만을 상기 점멸장치에 연결하고, 제2위치 선택시에는 상기방향지시등들과 비상 주차등을 모두 상기 점멸장치에 연결하며, 제3위치 선택시에는 상기 방향지시등들과 비상 주차등을 모두 상기 점멸장치와 차단하는 3단 토글 스위치임을 특징으로 하는 비상 주차 표시장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 비상 스위치가 푸쉬 버튼 스위치이고, 첫번째로 눌러질때 상기 방향지시등들만을 상기 점멸장치에 연결하며, 두번째로 눌러질 때 상기 방향지시등들과 비상 주차등을 모두 상기 점멸장치에 연결하며, 세번째로 눌러질 때 상기 방향지시등들과 비상 주차등을 모두 상기 점멸장치와 차단하는 제어부를 더 구비함을 특징으로 하는 비상 주차 표시장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제어부가, 상기 비상 스위치가 눌러진후 설정된 시간내에 다시 눌려지지 않을 경우 상기 방향지시등들과 비상 주차등을 모두 상기 점멸장치와 차단함을 특징으로 하는 비상 주차 표시장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 비상 주차등이, 삼각띠 형태임을 특징으로 하는 비상 주차 표시장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 비상 주차등이, 상기 차량의 뒷 차창에 장착함을 특징으로 하는 비상 주차 표시장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 비상 주차등이, 상기 차량의 트렁크 뒷면에 장착함을 특징으로 하는 비상 주차 표시장치.
