자동차의 비상램프(Lamp)점등시 방향전환지시램프(Lamp)점등장치

본 고안은 자동차의 비상램프(Lamp)에 관한 것으로서, 특히 비상램프(Lamp)를 점등시킨 상태에서 우회전 또는 좌회전의 방향전환이 있을때 진행하고자 하는 방향의 방향전환지시 점등장치 스위치를 온(on) 시킬 경우 비상램프(Lamp)는 소등되는 진행하고자하는 방향의 방향전환지시 램프(Lamp)만 점등되게 하는, 자동차의 비상램프(Lamp)점등시 방향전환지시 램프(Lamp)점등장치에 관한 것이다.
통상 비상램프(Lamp)라 하면 자동차의 방향지시램프 우측과 좌측을 동시에 점멸시키게 하는 것으로 고속도로나 터널등에서 타이어의 펑크나 차량의 고장등으로 긴급 정차하였을 때 전,후면의 양쪽램프(Lamp)를 동시에 점멸시켜 뒤따르는 후미차량을 충돌등 접촉사고를 미연에 방지하도록 경고하여 주는 효과와 긴급을 요하는 사태 즉 위급환자 발생이나 긴급 사태가 발생 하였을시 특수차량이 아닌 일반차량이 양쪽의 방향지시 램프(Lamp)를 동시에 점멸하게 하여 긴급을 요하는 상태를 해결 하고져 고속으로 주행하면서 주위의 다른 차량에 알림과 동시에 협조를 구하기 위하여 점등시키는 것이다.
이와같은 목적으로 이용되는 종래의 비상램프(Lamp)의 점등장치를 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
제 1 도는 종래의 회로도로서 도시한 바와같이 점화스위치(SW)를 "오프" 또는 "온"시킨 상태에서 비상스위치(22)를 온(on) 시키면 상기 비상스위치(22)내의 접점이 모두 온(on)되어 전원(B+1또는 B+2)로 부터 인가되는 전압이 방향지시램프(30, 40)에 인가되어 상기 방향지시 램프(30, 40)는 동시에 점등하게 된다.
상기와 같은 점등상태에서 미도시된 콘트롤 유닛(Control Unit)인 헤자더스 플래셔 유닛(Hazardous Flaher Unit)은 상기 방향지시램프(30, 40)가 동시에 점등된 상태에서 자동적으로 점멸하게 하는 제어를 해주어 자동차가 비상상태 임무 수행중에 있음을 알려주게 된다.
상기와 같이 비상스위치(22)를 온(on)시키고 주행하다가 우회전이나 좌회전을 하려고 방향 전환스위치(21)를 우측(R) 또는 좌측(L)으로 작동시켜도 비상램프(30, 40)에는 아무런 변화가 없고 앞상태 즉, 비상램프(30, 40)가 계속 점등되는 상태를 계속하므로 뒤따르는 후미 차량의 운전자가 앞차의 진행방향을 감지 한다는 것을 불가능한 일이었다.
따라서 비상스위치(22)를 켠 채로 급히 좌회전이나 우회전을 하면 사고를 일으킬 가능성이 많았다.
그러므로 인명을 구하기 위해 비상램프를 켠 채로 달리는 자동차가 오히려 사고를 유발하고 다니면 인명구조의 목적을 상실하게 되는 것이다.
본 고안은 상기한 문제점을 보안 하고져 안출한 것으로 먼저 구성을 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
제 2 도는 본 고안의 회로도로서 비상스위치(A20) 접점에 방향 지시램프(Lamp)(30, 40)를 연결하고 상기 비상스위치(A20)의 한 접점과 방향전환지기 점등장치(A10) 내의 접점(e)을 연결하며, 방향 전환지시 점등장치(A10)의 스위치를 중립상태(N)에서 플랫트(f)가 접점(d)과 접점(e)에 연결되게 하고 접점(b)과 방향 지시램프(30) 또 접점(c)과 방향지시램프(40)을 연결하며 전원(B+1)을 점화스위치(SW)를 거쳐 접점(a)에 연결하고 또한 전원(B+2)를 접점(d)에 연결하여 구성한다.
상기와 같은 구성 상태에 따른 본 고안의 작용효과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
비상사태 즉 위급한 환자발생이나 기타의 비상사태가 발생하여 비상스위치(A20)를 온(on)하게 되면 방향전환지시 점등장치(A20) 스위치의 중립(N) 상태에서 전원(B+1또는 B+2)으로 부터 공급되는 전압은 상기 방향 전환지시 점등장치(A10)내의 방향 지시스위치에 의해 움직이는 플랫트(Plate)(f)에 의해 접점(e)과 비상스위치(A20) 내의 접점이 연결되어 방향지시 램프(30, 40)는 동시에 점등되게 된다.
역시 미도시된 헤자더스 플래셔 유닛(Hazardous Flasher Unit)은 양쪽의 방향지시 램프(30, 40)를 점등된 상태에서 자동적으로 점멸하게 콘트롤(Control)하여 위급한 자동차임을 다른 차량에 알려주며, 아울러 주위 차량의 협조를 구하게 되는 것이다.
상기와 같은 비상램프 즉 방향지시 램프(30, 40)을 동시에 점멸하고 주행하다가 급히 좌회전이나 우회전을 하려고 할때 뒤따르는 자동차에 알리기 위해 방향전환지시 점등장치(A10)의 스위치를 방향전환하고자 하는 방향 즉 좌측(L)이나 우측(R)으로 전환하게 되면 접점연결렛트 플랫드(Plate)(f)가 이동되어, 비상스위치(A20)와 연결된 접점(d)과 접점(e)은 단락되어서 비상 스위치(A20)로 인가되는 전원은 단락되고 대신 진행하고자 하는 방향 즉 우측(R)이나 좌측(L)으로 접점(b) 또는 접점(c)과 연결되어 진향하고자 하는 방향의 지시램프(30 또는 40)에 전원(B+1)이 연결되어 점등하게 되며 뒤따르는 후미차량에 알려주어 불의의 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 하고 있다.
또한 방향전환이 끝난후 다시 방향전환 점등장치(A10)의 스위치를 중립(N) 상태로 원위치 시키면 플랫트(Plate)(f)에 의해 접점(d) 접점(e)이 연결되어 비상램프 스위치(A20)의 접점과 연결되므로 양측 방향지시램프(30, 40)는 동시에 붙이 들어오게 되어 차량이 비상상태 임무수행중임을 계속 표시하게 된다.
이상에서 설명한 바와같이 본 고안은 비상램프(Lamp)를 점멸하고 주행할때, 주행하고자 하는 방향으로 방향전환 스위치를 온(on) 시킬 경우 전환하고자 하는 방향의 지시램프(Lamp)가 점멸되어 뒤따르는 후미차량에 선행차량의 진행하고자 하는 방향을 경고하여 주므로서 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 한 효과를 갖도록 한 것이다.

  1. 자동차의 비상램프(Lamp)점등시 방향전환지시 램프 점등장치에 있어서, 비상스위치(A20)에 방향지시램프(30, 40)를 연결하고 상기 비상스위치(A20)의 한접점과 방향전환 지시점등장치(A10) 내의 접점(e)연결하며 방향전환지시 점등장치(A10)의 스위치를 중립상태(N)에서 플랫트(f)가 접점(d)과 접점(e)에 연결되게 하고 접점(b)과 방향지시램프(30) 또 접점(c)과 방향지시램프(40)을 연결하며, 전원(B+1)과 점화스위치(SW)를 거쳐 접점(a)을, 전원(B+2)과 접점(d)을 연결하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 비상램프 점등시 방향전원지시램프 점등장치.
