Abstract

하우징 4내부의 힌지는 고정 측면판 1 및 이동 측면판 2를 포함하며 둘 중 하나는 좌석 프라퍼(proper)에 고정되어 있고 나머지는 좌석 등받이에 고정되어 있다. 슬러그 5는 정지한 측면판의 그루버 7내부에서 방사상으로 움직이기 위해 탑재되며, 상기 슬러그는 상기 이동 측면판의 내부 방향 톱니(teeth) 세트 3와 맞물린 외부 방향 톱니 세트 6에 의해 힌지의 위치를 고정시킬 수 있다. 사용자는 레버 및 중앙 캠 8에 의해 상기 슬러그를 이동할 수 있다. 상기 이동 측면판 2는 상기 톱니 세트 3과 중심이 같은 노치 20를 포함하며, 상기 노치는 상기 톱니 세트 3의 피치의 배수와 같은 노치 피치를 가진다; 적어도 하나의 슬러그 5는 노치20의 세트와 맞물려 상기 슬러그 5의 바깥방향 톱니 세트 6가 제2측면판의 내부방향 톱니 세트 3와 맞물리게 하여서, 상기 로킹 피치보다 상당히 큰 노치 피치를 얻는데 적합한 톱니(tooth) 12를 가진다. 힌지는 자동차 뒷자석의 자석등받이의 경사를 조절하는데 응용될 수 있다.

제1도는 제2도의 부분에 한정된 I-I평면상에 외부가 보이도록 일부를 잘라낸, 본 발명에 따르는 자동차 좌석 힌지의 측면도이다, 제2도는 Ⅱ-Ⅱ선 상의 단면도이며, 좌석 힌지가 조절될 수 있게 힌지가 열려진 위치에 있는 것을 보여준다. 제3도는 힌지의 잠겨진 위치를 나타내는 제1도와 유사한 도면이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 각각 좌석 프로퍼 및 좌석 등받이에 부착되며, 밀폐하우징을 형성하고 축주위로 서로에 대해 피벗하기 위해 서로 탑재되는 제1측면판(1) 및 제2측면판(2)으로서, 상기 제2측면판은, 작은 로킹·피치를 구비하며 상기 축(x)에 중심을 가지는 원의 적어도 한 아크위로 전개되고 방사상으로 내부로 향하는 톱니세트(3)에 부착되는 제1 및 제2측면판; 상기 하우징내에 있고 제2측면판의 톱니와 맞물리기에 적합한 바깥방향 톱니(6)가 제공되므로서, 슬러그가 제2측면판 톱니와 상호 작동하여 힌지를 홀딩하게 되는 잠긴 위치 및 제2측면판 톱니와 맞물리지 않은 열려진 위치 사이에서 제1측면판에 부착된 가이드(7)에 의해 상기 슬러그가 방사 방향으로 접동하게 가이드되는 적어도 하나의 슬러그; 상기 축(x)에 대해 회전하여 상기 슬러그의 방사 방향 접동을 조절하게 탑재되며, 상기 슬러그를 잠김위치로 압박하는 각정지위치(angular rest position)로 탄성수단(9)에 의해 압박되는 상기 하우징 내부의 캠(8); 및 좌석에 고정된 사람이 캠을 그의 정지위치로부터, 슬러그가 그의 맞물리지 않은 위치쪽으로 방사상 접동가능하게 하는 작동위치(working position)로 치환하는데 이용이 용이한 조절부재(11)로 이루어지는 좌석 프로퍼(proper)에 대하여 수평축 주위로 좌석 등받이의 경사의 조절이 가능한 자동차좌석용 힌지에 있어서, 상기 제2측면판(2)은 상기 방사상 내부로 향하는 상기 톱니세트(3)과 중심이 같게 배치되며, 상기 톱니(3)의 상기 로킹 피치의 배수와 동일한 노치 피치를 구비하는 노치세트(20)을 포함하는 제2측면판; 적어도 하나의 상기 슬러그(5)는 상기 슬러그(5)의 바깥방향 톱니세트(6)를 상기 제2측면판(2)의 내부로 향하는 톱니세트(3)과 맞물리게 하기위해 상기 노치세트(20)내에 맞물리게 하기에 적합한 톱니(tooth,12)를 포함하는 슬러그로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 좌석용 힌지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노치 세트(20)는 각각이 각자의 슬러그(5) 주위에 있는 복수의 노치된 아크로 세분되며, 상기 아크는 양 방향으로 좌석 등받이의 경사를 제한하는 상기 대응되는 톱니(12)에 대항하여 접합부내로 들어오기에 적합한 방사숄더(21)에 의하여 대응되는 슬러그의 어느 한 측부상에 한정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 좌석용 힌지.
