Abstract
350℃-400℃온도에서 공기/비활성 기체혼합물과의 처리 및 300℃-380℃온도에서 0.5 내지 5부피%의 지방족 탄화수소 C1-C8를 포함하는 비활성 기체의 혼합물과의 처리를 포함하는 선택적으로 지지된 Cr(Ⅲ)화합물에 기초한 플루오루화 촉매의 재생공정.

Claims (8)
- 선택적으로 지지된 Cr(Ⅲ)화합물들에 기초하고 촉매 표면상에 유기불순물의 존재를 인하여 소모된 플루오르화 촉매의 재생을 위한 공정에 있어서, (a) 유기불순물이 사라질 때까지 350℃ 내지 400℃의 온도에서 공기 흐름 또는 산소/ 비활성기체 혼합물과 소모된 촉매의 처리 및 (b)(a)산화단계 동안에 형성된 Cr(Ⅳ)화합물이 Cr(Ⅲ)화합물로 환원될 때까지, 300℃에서 380℃의 온도에서 비활성 기체와 1 내지 8개의 탄소원자들을 갖고 있는 0.5 내지 5부피%의 하나 이상의 지방족 탄화수소로 이루어진 기체혼합물의 흐름과 함께 (a)단계후에 얻어진 촉매의 처리를 포함하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, Cr(Ⅲ)화합물들은 산화물 및/또는 옥시플루오르화물이고, 지지물은 A1F3, Al2O3와 플루오르화된 Al2O3에서 선택되는 것을특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 AlF3상에 지지된 Cr(Ⅲ)화합물 및/또는 옥시플루오르화물을 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 탄화수소는 1 내지 4개의 탄소원자들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 탄화수소는 프로판 및/또는 부탄이고 비활성 기체와의 혼합물에서 그 양이 1부터 3부피%까지의 범위를 이르는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계(a)와 (b)에서 사용된 비활성 기체는 질소인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계(b)는 310℃부터 340℃의 온도에서 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항 공정에 의해 재생되며, 선택적으로 지지된 Cr(Ⅲ)화합물에 기초한 촉매의 존재하에 기체상에서 HF와 할로겐을 함유한 탄산수소의 플루오르화 공정.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
