Abstract

본 발명은 팩스 티브이의 팩스신호 변환장치 및 전송방법에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 티브이 시스템과 팩스기간의 영상캡춰회로를 삽입함으로써 티브이 영상을 팩스 인쇄기를 통해 인쇄할 경우 영상 캡춰회로부와 버퍼 메모리를 직접 연결해야 하는 어려움이 있고, 현재 팩스기는 보통 팩스제어기와 부복호부, 버퍼 메모리가 원-칩(one-chip)화 되는 경향이 있어서 버퍼 메모리를 직접 연결하기는 사실상 불가능한 문제점과 티브이 영상을 팩스기 인쇄기를 통해 인쇄하는 기능만 가지고 있어서 티브이 영상을 팩스신호로 변환하여 상대편으로의 전송이 불가능한 문제점이 있다.
따라서, 본 발명은 티브이 영상신호를 팩스기에서 사용되는 부호화 방식을 사용하여 데이터를 변환한 후 팩스기에 접속하므로 기존 팩스기의 구조를 크게 변경하지 않고 타기종의 팩스기에 전송이 가능하며, 팩스기 인쇄를 쉽게 할 수 있으며, 또한 여러종류의 팩스에 쉽게 접속이 가능하여 전송 또한 G III 포맷 데이터를 사용하는 팩스기에서도 모두 사용할 수 있도록 한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 외부 전화라인과 팩스를 연결하고 전화 호를 연결하거나 끊는 망제어수단과; 전화 라인에서 들어오는 아날로그 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하는 모뎀과; 티브이 시스템에서 출력되는 휘도신호와 동기신호를 받아 팩스기에서 사용되는 신호인 G III 포맷데이터를 변환하는 G III 신호 변환 수단과; 상기 G III 신호 변환수단에서 변화된 G III 포맷데이터를 제어신호에 따라 모뎀을 통해 타팩스기로 전송하거나 본팩스기로 전송 또는 정상적인 팩스기의 송수신이 가능하도록 하는 선택수단과; 상기 선택수단으로 통해 전송된 G III 포맷데이터를 부호화하거나 메모리에서 나온 데이터를 복호화하는 부복호수단과; 상기 부복호수단에서 출력되어 인쇄하기전 일시적으로 저장되거나 송신하려는 데이터가 부호화되기전 일시적으로 저장되는 버퍼 메모리와; 수신된 데이터가 인쇄하는 인쇄수단과; 송신하려는 원고를 로딩하여 데이터를 읽는 독취수단과; 팩스기의 모든 기능을 제어하는 팩스제어수단으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 팩스 티브이의 팩스신호 변환장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, G III 신호 변환수단은 입력되는 휘도신호를 기준 그레이레벨과 비교하여 흑백의 2진화이고 이 2진화된 정보를 동기신호에 의해 메모리에 저장하는 비교수단과; 상기 비교수단으로부터 출력되는 티브이의 2진 영상정보 1프레임분을 저장하는 2진필드 메모리와; 상기 2진필드 메모리로로부터 출력되는 2진 영상정보에 대응하는 흑백 런-렝스값으로 변환하고 이 변환한 값을 출력하는 런-렝스 엔코더와; 상기 런-렝스 엔코더로부터 출력되는 런-렝스값을 MH 코드 테이블에 저장되어 있는 코드를 참조하여 G III 데이터를 출력하는 G III 신호변환 제어수단으로 이루어지을 특징으로 하는 팩스 티브이의 팩스신호 변환장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 렁-렝스 엔코더는 2진필드 메모리로부터 출력되는 2진 휘도영상을 입력받아 지연 및 논리조합을 통해 레벨변환신호를 발생함과 아울러 흑백표시 신호를 발생하는 신호 발생수단과; 상기 2진필드 메모리로부터 출력되는 2진 휘도영상의 픽셀 개수를 카운트하는 카운팅수단과; 상기 카운팅수단으로 통해 카운트한 값을 일시적으로 저장하고 있다가 카운트 버스를 통해 G III 신호변환 제어수단으로 출력하는 래치와; 상기 레벨변환신호와 G III 신호변환 제어수단으로부터 발생하는 리셋신호를 오아링하고 그 오아링한 값으로 상기 카운팅수단의 동작을 제어하는 오아게이트로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 팩스 티브이의 팩스신호 변환장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 신호 발생수단은 입력되는 2진 영상신호의 픽셀을 1픽셋씩 지연시키는 지연수단과; 상기 지연수단을 통해 지연된 픽셀과 입력되는 2진 영상신호의 픽셀을 입력받아 배타적 오아링을 행하여 레벨변환신호를 발생하는 익스클루시브 오아게이트로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 팩스 티브이의 팩스신호 변환장치.
  5. 1페이지 처음부분에 G III 포맷 프로토콜에 해당하는 헤더를 만들어 출력한 후 2진필드 메모리로부터 런-렝스 엔코더로 1비트의 데이터를 전송하도록 하는 제1단계와; 상기 제1단계에서 데이터 전송시 레벨변환신호가 존재하는지를 체크하는 제2단계와; 상기 제2단계에서 레벨변환신호가 존재하면 그 부분의 런-렝스값을 읽어 MH 코드 테이블을 참조하여 출력하는 G III 데이터에 필 데이터의 첨가여부를 결정하고 EOL 데이터를 출력한 후 상기 제1단계로 진행하는 제3단계와; 상기 제2단계에서 레벨변환신호가 존재하지 않으면 그 다음 픽셀이 라인의 끝인지를 조사하여 끝이면 런-렝스 엔코더의 런-렝스값을 읽고 그 런-렝스 엔코더를 리셋시한 후 MH 코드 테이블을 참조하여 G III 데이터를 출력하는 제4단계와; 상기 제4단계에서 출력되는 G III 데이터를 1라인 평균전송 데이터 수와 비교하여 필 데이터의 첨가여부를 결정하고 EOL 데이터를 출력하는 제5단계와; 상기 제5단계 이후에 1페이지의 끝부분인지를 체크하여 끝부분이면 EOL을 6번 반복적으로 출력하여 1페이지 분량의 G III포맷 데이터를 완성하도록 하는 제6단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 팩스 티브이의 팩스신호 변환 전송방법.
