Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 스태빌라이져 롤(Stabilizer Roll) 강성 가변기구의 유압 댐퍼구조에 관한 것으로, 노면에 대한 바퀴의 상ㆍ하 작동시 그 비틀림력을 감소시키기 위해 스프링력에 의한 차체의 기울기를 감소시키는 종래의 스태빌라이져(S)는 링크(Link)로 되어 있어 수동적인 롤의 강성제어를 함으로써, 제어범위가 한정적이고, 차량의 노면에 대한 롤의 응답성 부족에 따라 핸들링이나 승차감이 저하 되었는 바, 본 발명은 스태빌라이져의 링크 취부 위치에 로드(Rod) 제어형 유압댐퍼를 설치하여 핸들링이나 승차감을 향상시키도록 된 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 내부에는 오일(1a)이 채워지며 원통형상으로 된 몸체(1)와; 상기 몸체(1)의 내부 중앙부에 설치되어 몸체(1)의 내부 공간을 상.하로 구분하고, 상.하부를 관통하는 다수의 오일포트(5)가 상하부에서 각각 중심부로 경사지게 반복 형성되며, 핀(8)에 의해 상.하부에 각각 쉼(7)과 리테니너(6)가 결합된 압축제어밸브(2)와; 상기 몸체(1)의 상부에는 로드가이드(9)가 결합되고, 이 로드가이드(9)의 중심부에 로드(10)가 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합되며, 상기 로드가이드(9)의 내측으로는 시일(11)과 리테이너(6)가 결합되고, 로드(10)의 내측단에는 리테이너(6), 스프링(12), 쉼(7)이 순차적으로 결합되며 상.하부를 관통하는 다수의 오일포트(5)가 상하부에서 각각 중심부로 경사지게 반복 형성된 작동제어밸브(3)와; 상기 몸체(1)의 하부에는 로드가이드(9)가 결합되고, 이 로드가이드(9)의 중심부에 로드(10)가 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합되며, 상기 로드가이드(9)의 내측으로는 시일(11)과 리테이너(6)가 결합되고, 로드(10)의 내측단에는 리테이너(6), 스프링(12), 쉼(7)이 순차적으로 결합되며 그 내측에 너트(13)에 의해 결합된 복원제어밸브(3)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 스태빌라이져 롤 강성 가변기구의 유압 댐퍼구조.
