Abstract
본 발명은 재질이 상이한 복수의 층들을 가지는 복합필름의 각 층을 각각 박리 내지 분리시켜 별개로 회수하는 방법 및 장치의 제공에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따르면, 재질이 서로 다른 복수의 층들을 가지는 복합필름을 복수의 피처리 소편들롤 세단하는 공정 및 수단과, 상기 세단된 개개의 피처리소편에 대해 충격마쇄력을 부가하여 상기 피처리소편을 구성하는 층들을 각 층별로 박리 내지 분리하는 공정 및 수단이 제공된다. 상기 박리ㆍ분리공정을 거쳐 회수된 처리물은 이에 풍력선별공정이 가해져서 혼재상태로 회수된 각 층들이 개별적으로 선별 회수된다.

Claims (16)
- 재질이 상이한 복수의 층들을 가지는 복합필름을 처리대상으로 하여 이 복합필름을 복수의 피처리소편들로 세단하는 공정과, 상기 공정에 의해 형성된 개개의 피처리소편에 대해 충격마쇄력을 부가하여 상기 피처리 소편을 구성하는 층들을 각 층별로 각각 박리 내지 분리하는 공정을 적어도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합필름 재생처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 박리 내지 분리된 피처리소편의 각 층을 분급하는 공정을 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합필름 재생처리 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 공정에 의해 각 층별로 박리 내지 분리된 피처리소편의 각 층을 풍력으로 선별하여 회수하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합필름 재생처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복합필름이 적어도 종이층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합필름 재생처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 종이층, 플라스틱필름층을 가지는 복합필름을 처리대상으로 하여 이 복합필름을 섬유상으로 마쇄된 종이층과 박편상으로 마쇄된 플라스틱필름층으로 박리 내지 분리함과 동시에 섬유상으로 마쇄된 종이층을 상기 플라스틱필름층으로부터 분급하여 종이섬유로 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합필름 재생처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 종이층, 플라스틱필름층, 알루미늄박층을 가지는 복합필름을 처리대상으로 하여 이 복합필름을 섬유상으로 마쇄된 종이층과 박편상으로 마쇄된 플라스틱필름층, 알루미늄박층으로 각각 박리 내지 분리함과 동시에 섬유상으로 마쇄된 종이층을 상기 플라스틱필름층 및 알루미늄박층으로부터 분급하여 종이섬유로 회수하는 공정과, 상기 플라스틱필름층 및 알루미늄박층을 풍력으로 선별하고, 플라스틱필름층과 알루미늄박층을 각각 별개로 회수하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합필름 재생처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복합필름을 복수의 피처리소편들로 세단하는 공정의 전후, 또는 상기 개개의 피처리소편에 대해 충격마쇄력을 부가하는 공정에서 상기 피처리소편에 대해 수해리를 촉진시키는 공정을 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합필름 재생처리 방법.
- 재질이 상이한 복수의 층들을 가지는 복합필름을 처리대상으로 하여 이 복합필름을 복수의 피처리소편들로 세단하는 세단수단과, 상기 피처리소편의 공급투입구에 중심부를 연통시킨 고정원반상에서 복수의 회전궤적들상에 각각 고정핀을 순차 식셜한 고정측 박리ㆍ분리수단과, 상기 고정원반에 대항하여 회전구동가능하게 설치된 가동원반상에서 상기 각 고정핀과 다른 복수의 회전궤적들상에 각각 가동핀을 순차 식별한 가동측 박리ㆍ분리수단과, 상기 마쇄된 피처리소편을 취출구로 취출하는 취출수단을 구비하고, 상기 각 고정핀과 가동핀 사이에서 충격 마쇄력으로 상기 피처리소편을 마쇄시켜 복합필름을 구성하는 층들을 각 층별로 각각 박리 내지 분리하는 박막ㆍ분리수단을 적어도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합필름 재생처리 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 각 고정핀과 각 가동핀이 조합된 외주부에서 소정 직경의 세공들이 천설된 스크린을 통해 배출구에 연통시킨 회전수단 및 상기 스크린내에 잔류하는 마쇄된 피처리소편을 취출구로 취출하는 취출수단을 구비하고, 상기 각 고정핀과 각 가동핀 사이에서 충격마쇄력으로 상기 피러치소편을 마쇄시켜 복합 필름을 구성하는 층들을 각 층별로 각각 박리 내지 분리하는 박리ㆍ분리수단을 가지는것을 특징으로 하는 복합필름 재생처리 장치.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 취출수단에 의해 취출된 마쇄후의 피처리 소편을 각각 풍력선별하고, 이 선별에 의해 피처리소편의 각 층을 각각 별개로 회수하는 풍력선별수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합필름 재생처리 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 취출구를 불로어를 가지는 연통관을 통해 공급투입 구에 연통설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 복합필름 재생처리 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 취출구를 공급투입구에 연통시키는 연통관에 압축공기를 배관을 통해 도입하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 복합필름 재생처리 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 연통관의 공급투입구측을 분기시켜 상기 플라스틱필름편 또는 플라스틱필름편 및 알루미늄박편의 회수탱크로 연통하는 분기관을 설치하고, 이 분기관을 분기점에 2방 전자변을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 복합필름 재생처리.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 분기관을 개폐하는 전자변과 상기 연통관의 하류측을 개폐하는 전자변을 설치하고, 이들 두 전자변을 교호로 개폐시키도록 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 복합필름 재생처리 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 배출구를 블로어를 설치한 배출관을 통해 회수탱크에 연통시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 복합필름 재생처리 장치.
