Abstract
본 발명에 따른 함침 캐소드의 제조 방법은 캐소드의 상부가 지지부(13)의 내측에 배치된 내열성 물질의 발광 플레이트(1)를 포함하고, 상기 플레이트와 지지부의 납땜은 발광 플레이트와 그 지지부의 사이에 배치된 금속 물질을 융해시킴으로써 수행된다. 상기 금속 물질은 상기 캐소드의 동작 온도 사이의 용융점과 상기 발광 플레이트를 구성하는 성분의 용융점을 갖는다.The manufacturing method of the impregnated cathode according to the present invention includes a light emitting plate 1 of a heat resistant material having an upper portion of the cathode disposed inside the support 13, wherein the soldering of the plate and the support is performed between the light emitting plate and the support.
