전자 방사물질이 도포된 베이스매탈을 지지하며 히이터를 내장하는 원통형의 슬리이브를 구비한 음극선관용 음극구조체의 제작 방법에 있어서, 상기 슬리이브를 내측의 니켈-크롬 합금판과 외측의 니켈판으로 바이메탈로서 제작하고, 상기 슬리이브를 수분이 함유된 수소분위기에서 열처리하여 상기 크롬과 수분이 반응하도록 함으로써 내측에 산화 피막층을 형성하고, 상기 슬리이브에 베이스메탈을 용접하고, 상기 슬리이브의 외측의 니켈판을 제거하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관용 음극구조체의 제작방법.A method of fabricating a cathode structure for a cathode ray tube having a cylindrical sleeve supporting a base metal coated with an electron emitting material and having a heater therein, wherein the sleeve is bimetallic with an inner nickel-chromium alloy plate and an outer nickel plate.
