Abstract

본 발명은 나일론을 소재로하여 용제개질하므로서 촉감과 광택이 우수하면서 발색성과 흡습성, 제전성등의 물성이 우수한 기능을 갖는 신합성사의 제조방법 및 신합성사에 관한 것이다.
즉, 여러가닥의 모노 필라멘트가 합사된 나이론원사를 일정한 속도로 인출하면서 수세, 건조하고, 건조가 완료된 나이론원사의 표면에 금속염과 알콜 및 기능성 첨가제(흡습제, 자외선 차단제, 방염제 등)가 혼합된 처리제로 처리하여 필라멘트의 표면이 약간 용융되면서 융착되어 일체가 되게 하므로서 공간부가 형성된 멀티(Multi) 필라멘트가 되게하되, 공간부가 외면에는 기능성 첨가제가 겔(gel)상태로 충전되게 하고, 상기한 상태의 나일론원사를 수세한 다음 건조하고 권취하여 신합성사를 제조하는 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 여러가닥의 모노 필라멘트가 합사된 나이론원사를 일정한 속도로 인출하면서 수세조에서 나일론원사 외면에 부착된 불순물을 수세한 다음 건조하면서 약 60∼180℃로 가영하여 나이론원사가 일정온도로 예열되게 하고, 예열, 건조 완료된 나이론원사를 처리부에서 금속염과 알콜이 약 15∼25% : 75∼85%의 비율로 혼합된 혼합액을 표면에 도포처리하고, 혼합액에 의해 각 모노 필라멘트의 표면이 약간 용융되면서 융착되어 서로 일체가 되게하므로서 필라멘트 사이에 공간부가 형성된 멀티(Multi) 필라멘트가 되게하고, 상기한 상태의 나일론원사를 수세한 다음 건조하고 권취하여 제조하는 신합성사의 제조방법.

  3. 제1항에 있어서, 금속염과 알콜로 구성된 처리제 내에 기능성 첨가제(자외선 차단제, 방염제, 흡습제등)를 첨가하여 멀티(Mutil) 필라멘트 사이에 형성된 공간부와 표면층에 기능성 첨가제가 충전되거나 도포되게 함을 특징으로 하는 신합성사의 제조방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 금속염과 알콜로 구성된 처리제 내에 기능성 첨가제(자외선 차단제, 방염제, 흡습제등)를 첨가하여 멀티(Mutil) 필라멘트 사이에 형성된 공간부와 표면층에 기능성 첨가제가 충전되거나 도포되게 함을 특징으로 하는 신합성사.
