Abstract

본 발명은 한국산 겨우살이(Viscum album coloratum) 식물의 추출물을 함유하는 면역증강제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 더욱 구체적으로는, 보 발명은 한국산 겨우살이의 잎, 줄기, 눈 및 열매로부터의 수용성 추출물 KM110, 중탕후 탈지성부 KM11C 또는 당단백질 성분 KML-1을 유효성분으로서 함유하여 생체의 면역기전을 증강시키는 면역증강제 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 한국산 겨우살이인 비스쿰 알붐 콜로라툼(Viscum album coloratum) 식물의 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 면역증강제 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 추출물이 한국산 겨우살이 식물에 물을 가하여 교반하고, 원심분리한 후, 상등액을 분리하여 동결건조시켜 수득한 수성 추출물인 KM110 분획임을 특징으로 하는 면역증강제 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 추출물이 한국산 겨우살이에 물을 가하여 비등시키고 클로로포름을 가하여 층을 분리시키고 수층을 취하여 여기에 헥산을 가하여 층을 분리시키고 수층을 분리하여 동결건조시켜 수득한 KM11C 분획임을 특징으로 하는 면역증강제 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 추출물이 한국산 겨우살이를 냉동상태에서 분쇄한 후, 인산염완충식염수에 가하여 교반하고 원심분리하여 침전물을 분리하고 상등액에 황산암모늄을 가하여 단백질 성분을 침전시키고 분리된 침전물중의 황산암묘늄을 투석시켜 제거하고 가수분해된 세파로즈(Sepharose) 4B 칼럼에 적용시켜 락토즈 용액으로 용출시켜 U. V. 분광공도계에 의해 280nm에서 흡광도를 나타내는 물질의 분획을 분리하여 동결건조시켜 수득한 KML-1 분획임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체를 사용하여 단위 투여형 제제로 제형화시킨 면역증강제 조성물.
  6. 한국산 겨우살이 식물에 물을 가하여 교반하고, 원심분리한 후, 상등액을 분리하여 동결건조시킴을 특징으로 하여 KM110 분획을 제조하는 방법.
  7. 한국산 겨우살이에 물을 가하여 비등시키고 클로로포름을 가하여 층을 분리시키고 수층을 취하여 여기에 헥산을 가하여 층을 분리시키고 수층을 분리하여 동결건조시킴을 특징으로 하여 KM11C 분획을 제조하는 방법.
