Abstract
본 발명은 레이저 어드레스가능한 열 이동 또는 제거 상 형성 필름을 사용하여 감소된 가시 간섭 패턴을 갖는 레이저로 생성된 상을 형성하는 상 형성 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 상 형성 필름은 현미경 조직 표면을 포함하며, 이는 굴절율이 공기에서 기재로 점진적으로 전이되며, 반사율이 4% 이하이다.

Claims (1)
- (i) 이동가능한 채색 층이 부착되어 있는 제1면 및, 현미경 조직 표면을 갖는 제2면이 구비되어 있는 기재를 포함하는 레이저 어드레스가능한 열 이동 상형 소자를 제공하고(이때, 상기 현미경 조직 표면은 굴절율이 공기에서 기재의 굴절율로 점진적으로 전이되며, 반사율은 4% 이하임); (ii) 열 이동 상 형성 소자의 이동가능한 채색 층과 접하도록 수용체를 배치하고; (ⅲ) 상에 따라 패턴이 형성되는 간섭성 방사 원에 열 이동 상 형성 소자를 노출시키고(이때, 간섭 방사는 열 상 형성 소자의 현미경 조직 표면상에 직접 조사됨); (ⅳ) 상에 따라 형성된 패턴을 나타내는 상기 이동가능한 채색 층 부분을 수용체상에 이동시키는(이때, 상기 부분은 상에 따라 형성된 패턴내에서 가시 광학간섭 패턴을 포함하지 않음) 단계를 포함하는 상 형성 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
