Abstract

본 발명은 차량용 디스크 로터의 방청커버의 장착구조에 관한 것으로서, 방청커버(Preservation cover)의 장착상태 관찰이 용이한 방청커버의 장착구조체를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 방청커버(60)에는 내경측에 돌기되는 돌기부(64)가 일체로 형성되며, 돌기부(64)에 구형의 개구(66)가 형성되어 있다. 더스트 커버(dust cover;50)의 둘레 테두리부에는 차제 내측에 U자형으로 굴곡된 결합부(50a)가 형성되어 있다. 돌기부(64)의 꼭대기면의 휠축으로부터의 거리는 더스트 커버(50)의 반경보다도 작게 마련되어 있다. 따라서, 더스트 커버(50)의 결합부(50a)를 방청커버(60)의 개구(66)에 결합시키는 것에 의해 방청커버(60)은 더스트 커버(50)에 고정된다.

제4도는 제1도에 나타내는 부위 Ⅳ의 확대도,
제5도는 제2도의 직선 Ⅴ-Ⅴ에 따라서 절단한 경우의 확대 단면도,
제6도는 제2도의 직선 Ⅵ-Ⅵ에 따라서 절단한 경우의 확대 단며도.

Claims (1)

  1. 디스크 로터(disk rotor)의 차량내측에 설치된 더스트 커버(dust cover)의 단부에 결합되어 장착되는 디스크 로터의 방청커버(Preservation cover) 장착구조체에 있어서, 상기 방청커버가, 해당 방청커버에 일체로 마련되며, 상기 더스트 커버의 단부보다도 내경측에 돌기되는 적어도 하나의 돌기부와, 상기 돌기부에 형성되는 개구부를 구비하여, 상기 개구부에 상기 더스트 커버의 단부가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 로터의 방청커버 장착구조체.
