Abstract

인간공학적 점성물질용 디스펜싱 장치는 밀어넣기보다는 표면을 따라 끄는 것에 의해 스퀴즈-튜브로부터 크랙 및 코너로 비드 물질을 쿠여하기 우해 설계된 도포 노즐을 구비한다. 본 장치는 상기 튜브로부터 스퀴즈된 밀봉재 및 코크와 같은 점성물질의 도포 및 압출을 용이하게 하기 위해 특징적인 인간공학적 형상을 갖는다. 도포 노즐은 플라스틱으로 제조된다. 플라스틱, 플라스틱 라미네이트 또는 금속이 스퀴즈-튜브를 제조하기 위해 사용된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 디스펜싱 장치를 도시한 도면, 제1A, 1B, 1C 및 1D는 각각 선 A-A, B-B, C-C 및 D-D의 단면을 따라 도시한 제1도의 디스펜싱 장치의 도포 노즐의 단면도,
제2도는 제1도에 도시한 디스펜싱 장치의 평면도, 제2E도는 제2도의 선 E-E의 단면에 따른 도포 노즐의 단면도,
제3도는 인간공학적 형상을 강조하기 위해 본 발명의 접는 식 튜브 및 도포 노즐을 도시한 본 발명의 디스펜싱 장치의 통상적인 등각 정면도,
제4도는 도포 노즐 및 그 인간공학적 형상을 도시한 등각 배면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 점성물질을 디스펜싱하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 한 쪽 말단(ㅂ1)은 밀폐되고 다른 쪽 말단(15)은 튜브의 내용물을 방출하기 위해 개방가능하게 된, 점성물질을 함유하기 위해 신장된 접는 식 튜브(10)와; 통상적으로 신장된 중공형의, 튜브형과 같은 부재의 형상으로 형성된 도포 노즐(16)과; 비드를 압출하기 위해 개구위에 도포 노즐(16)의 출구말단(22) 너머까지 연장되는 도포 블레이드(20)를 구비하며 도포 노즐의 출구 말단에 일체화되어 형성된 소롯(30)으로 이루어지며, 이때 상기 도포 노즐은 개구를 구비한 입구말단(31)를 갖는 도포 노즐이며, 도포 노즐의 입구 말단은 튜브의 개방가능한 말단(15)에 부착되고, 개구를 구비한 출구말단(22)을 갖는 도포 노즐은 튜브로부터 짜여진 내용물로부터 비드를 압출하기 위해 적용되고, 도포 노즐은 도포 노즐의 입구말단(31)으로부터 도포 노즐의 출구말단(22)까지 윗쪽으로 연장된 아치형 쓰롯부분(17)을 포함하며, 상기 아치형 쓰롯 부분은 도포 노즐의 입구말단(31)으로부터 도포 노즐의 출구말단(22)까지 도포 노즐 입구 개구의 단면 형상에 점진적인 전이 및 변화를 제공하도록 조립 및 배열되어 있고, 이런 구성에 따라 튜브를 압축시켜 비드를 표면위에 압출할 때 도포 블레이드(20)는 표면을 따라 인가되면서 비드를 평탄하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점성물질용 디스펜싱 장치.
