Abstract

회전식인쇄기에서 실린더들의 인쇄타각 및 탈각을 위한 장치에 있어서, 선회되는 실린더의 샤프트가 이것의 종부들의 각각에 크랭크 구동의 형태로 안내자와 함께 제공되고 이러한 결과로서 이것의 선회운동 동안에 샤프트가 회전운동을 추가적으로 수행하게 된다.

Claims (8)

  1. 회전식인쇄기에서 실린더이 인쇄 타각 및 탈각을 위하여 실린더의 샤프트가 선희가능하게 배열된 베어링 레버들에 지지되어진 장치에 있어서, 샤프트(7)는 이것의 단부들(24), (26)의 각각에서 가이드(27), (29);(28),(31)를 가지며 상기 가이드(27),(29);(28),(31)는 회전시 이 샤프트(7)를 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가이드(27),(29);(28),(31)는 크랭크 구동장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 이 크랭크 구동장치는 샤프느(7)상에 회전고정되게 배열된 크랭크(27);(28)와 이에 회전 가능하게 지지되고 측면 프레임(5),(6)상에 선희가능하게 지지된 구동링크(28),(31)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 이 크랭크(27);(29)와 구동링크(28);(31)가 서로에 대해 일정한 각도(r)로 배열되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 전 항들 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 실린더(3)는 샤프트(7)상에 회전가능하게 지지되고; 이 샤프트(7)는 조정가능한 편심 부싱들(12),(13)에 의하여 베어링 레버들(9),(11)에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 전 항들 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 베어링 레버(9);(11)상에 제공되는 것이 이것의 위치지정을 위한 작동 장치(34),(36)가 설치되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 전 항들 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 작동자 장치(34),(36)는 프레임상에 고정되게 배열된 작동자 실린더인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 전 항들 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 실린더(3)는 인쇄될 형상을 지닌 실린더(2)와 함께 상호작동하는 고무가 덮힌 실린더인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
