Abstract

본 발명은 약물의 용해도를 신속히 증가시키고 위장의 국소자극 및 염증의 유발을 감소시키기 위하여 약물과 2-히드록시프로필 ß-시클로덱스트린의 포접화합물을 연화법(Kneading)으로 제조한 후 붕해제를 포함시켜 정제를 제조한 후 장용 코팅하는 부위특이적 방출성 제제에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 약물을 포접체와 포접화합물을 형성시킨 후 붕해제와 혼합시키고 코어를 제조한 후 고분자로 코팅하여 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 부위 특이적 방출성 제제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 약물이 소염진통제, 설파제, 살리실산제, 스테로이드제, 효소제, 멜라토닌, 온단세트론 및 펩타이드 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부위 특이적 방출성 제제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 붕해제가 전체 중량의 2~10% 정도 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 부위 특이적 방출성 제제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 고분자 코팅에 사용되는 물질이 쉐락, 셀룰로우스프탈산유도체(CAP, HPMCP,HPMCAS, PVAP등), 폴리메타아크릴레이트류 및유드라진L30D, S100,L100 등이나 대장의 조건 혹은 대장 효소에 의해서 녹을 수 있는 물질인 콘트로이친 설페이트, 펙틴, 칼슘 펙티네이트, 아조기 함유물질 혹은 폴리 메타크릴레이트류 중합체(Eudragit?), HPMC, MC, HPC, 아쿠아코트 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는부위 특이적 방출성 제제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 붕해제가 Ac-Di-Sol?, 프리모젤(Primojel?), 아비셀(Avicel?), 폴리프라스돈(Polyplasdone?) 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부위 특이적 방출성 제제.
