Abstract
탄화수소가스와 산화가스가 열처리로 속으로 유입되는 본발명에 따른 그속의 침탄법에 있어서, 저압의 소량의 탄화수소가스가 열처리로 속으로 유입된다. 소정의 고레벨 또는 저레벨로 변하는 카본포텐셜의 이동시간 및 기울기는 로에 공급될 침탄가스 및 산화가스의 양을 증감시킴으로써 제어된다. 카본포텐셜이 고레벨 또는 저레벨에 도달한 후, 침착탄화물이 커지는 것을 방지하기 위하여 카본포텐셜이 소정시간 유지된다. 가스공급관(17)이 탄화수소의 그을음으로 막히는 것을 방지하기 위하여 중간압의 산화가스가 가스공급관(17)속으로 유입된다. 문(16)이 개방되거나 폐쇄될 때 로의 압력변화에 의해 로내의 분위기의 성분이 변하는 것을 방지하기 위하여 저압의 탄화수소가스와 중간압의 산화가스가 예열구역의 변환관속에 부가된다. 각각의 가스공급관(17)의 그을음을 제거하고 로속으로 유입된 CO의 부족을 방지하기 위해 중간압의 CO2가 동시에 각각의 가스공급관(17)속으로 공급된다.

Claims (6)
- 탄화수소가스와 산화수소가스가 열처리로속으로 유입되는 금속의 침탄법에 있어서, 초기분위기를 형성하기 위하여 저압의 소량의 탄화수소가스를 열처리로속으로 유입하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속의 침탄법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다른 레벨로 변화하는 카본포텐셜의 이동시간과 기울기는 탄화수소가스와 산화가스의 양을 증감시킴으로써 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속의 침탄법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 로내의 분위기의 카본포텐셜은 침탄법이 실시될 때 처리할 작업물에 침착되는 탄화물이 커지는 것을 방지하기 위한 고레벨엣 소정시간 유지되며, 침탄법이 실시될 때 침착된 탄화물의 용해처리를 실시하기 위해 카본포텐셜이 저레벨에서 소정시간 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속의 침탄법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중의 한 항에 있어서, 가스공급관(17)에 그을음이 생기는 것을 방지하기 위하여 중간압력의 산화가스가 가스공급관(17)속으로 유입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속의 침탄법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중의 한 항에 있어서, 로내의 분위기성분이 교란되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 저압의 탄화수소가스와 중간압의 산화가스가 예열구역의 변환관속으로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속의 침탄법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중의 한 항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 가스공급관(17)으로부터 그을음을 제거하고 로내의 CO의 부족으 방지하기 위하여 중간압의 CO2가 동시게 모든 가스공급관(17)속으로 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속의 침탄법.
