Abstract

본 발명은 접착력이 우수한 니켈게 용사층의 후열처리 방법에 관한 것으로, 후열처리 방법에 있어서, 니켈이 50%이상 함유된 합금용사층의 접착력을 증대시키기 위하여 후열처리시, 일반적인 열처리를 이용하여 공기중에서 혹은 질소나 아르곤 등의 불활성 분위기 하에서 600-800℃의 온도범위로 1-5시간 열처리하는 것이다.

제2도는 Ni-5Al사층의 주사 전자현미경 단면조직 사진으로써 (가)는 열처리 전 상태의 조직사진 (나)는 1100℃로 열처리한 상태의 조직사진

Claims (1)

  1. 진공이나 불확성 분위기 하에서 니켈계 용사층의 후열처리 방법에 있어서, 니켈이 50%이상 함유된 합금용사층의 접착력을 증대시키기 위하여 후열처리시, 일반적인 열처리를 이용하여 공기중에서 혹은 질소나 아르곤 등의 불활성 분위기 하에서 600-800℃의 온도범위로 1-5시간 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착령이 우수한 니켈계 용사층의 후열처리 방법
