철 및 강제품의 보호 피복 공정
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 본 발명에 따라 피복한 리바아의 다면에 대한 500배 현미 경사진.
제2a도와 제2b도는 각각 본 발명에 따라 형성된 스케일로 덮힌 리바아와 보호물질(아연)로 피복된 리바아의 외관.
제3a도와 제3b도는 제2a도와 제2b도의 리바 아를 염분무 안개의 분위기에 400시간 노출시킨후의 외관.

Claims (9)

  1. 열간 가공된 철 및 강제품의 보호 피복 공정으로, 가속 냉각을 제어하므로써 제품의 가공 종료시에 용착성 그리고 거친 스케일층이 형성되게하여 이 스케일의 두께가 제품을 이루는 금속과 가공 종료시의 온도의 특성인 용착성 한계보다 작게하고, 상기 형성된 스케일층에 보호 물질을 직접 침적시킴을 특징으로 하는 철 및 강제품의 보호 피복 공정.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제품이 900∼10,000℃의 온도에서 가공되고 물속에 담구어 약 600∼550℃까지 급냉시킴을 특징으로 하는 철 및 강제품의 보호 피복 공정.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 보호 물질의 침적이 아연 또는 아연 기지합금의 용사에 의해 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 철 및 강제품의 보호 피복 공정.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 철 및 강제품이 담금 그리고 이어서, 공기중의 냉각 테이블에서 냉각된 리바아이고, 공기중의 냉각 단계에서 보호 물질층이 피복됨을 특징으로 하는 철 및 강제품의 보호 피복 공정.
  5. 보호 물질층으로 직접 피복된 평균 두께 약 8㎛의 용착성 그리고 거친 스케일층을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 열간 가공 철 및 강제품.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 보호 물질이 아연 또는 아연 합금임을 특징으로 하는 열간 가공 철 및 강제품.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 아연 또는 아연 합금의 두께가 20∼40㎛ 사이임을 특징으로 하는 열간 가공 철 및 강제품.
  8. 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 스케일층의 평균 두께가 약 2∼3㎛ 임을 특징으로 하는 열간 가공 철 및 강제품.
  9. 제 5 항에서 제 8 항중중의 어느 한 항의 제품으로 구성되는 리바아.
