Abstract

본 발명은 만곡형의 보강 패널을 이용하여 스티어링 기어를 장착함으로써, 상성을 증대시킬 수 있는 자동차의 스티어링 기어 장착구조에 관한 것으로, 이것의 구성은 용접 너트(26)가 부착된 상단부(21)와, 스테이 보울트(24)가 부착된 상단부(21)와, 용접 너트(26)가 부착되어 있고 상기 상단부(21)로부터 소정의 각도를 이루며 연장되는 하단부(22)로 이루어진 만곡형 보강 패널(20)과, 상기 스티어링 기어(10)를 상기 보강 패널(20)에 고정하는 장착 브라켓(26)을 이용하여 스티어링 샤프트(1)를 통해 전달되는 스티어링 휠(6)의 조작력을 좌, 우측 조향륜에 전달하는 스티어링 기어(10)를 하부 대시 패널(14)에 설치한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 스티어링 샤프트(1)를 통해 전달되는 스티어링 휠(6)의 조작력을 좌, 우측 조향륜에 전달하는 스티어링 기어(10)를 하부 대시 패널(14)에 설치하는 자동차의 스티어링 기어 장착구조에 있어서, 스테이 보울트(24)가 부착된 상단부(21)와, 용접 너트(26)가 부착되어 있고 상기 상단부(21)로부터 소정의 각도를 이루며 연장되는 하단부(22)로 이루어진 만곡형 보강 패널(20)과, 상기 스티어링 기어(10)를 상기 보강 패널(20)에 고정하는 장착 브라켓(26)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 스티어링 기어 장착구조.
