Abstract
본 발명은 비교적 중량물인 배터리 인출이 간단용이하게 이루어지도록 한 것에 주안점을 둔 전동 리치트럭의 배터리 인출장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 배터리 인출장치를 살펴보면, 배터리의 교환을 위해 안출을 할 때 핀을 상부로 분리하여 사이드가드를 해체한 후, 그 측면으로 배터리 인출해 내었다. 그러나 배터리의 중량이 많이 나가고, 더우기 안쪽으로 낮게 형성되어 있어, 슬라이드롤러가 있음에도 인출에 힘이 드는 문제점이 있다.
따라서 본 발명은 운전석측에 설치된 페달의 조작에 따라 로딩되는 롤러조립체와 세워진 롤러조립체의 롤러에 안내되는 마스트에 부설된 가이드로 이루어져 마스트의 리트렉트동작에 따라 배터리 배드가 상승되게 구성한다.

Claims (3)
- 전동 리치트럭의 배터리 인출장치를 형성함에 있어서, 안쪽에 롤러조립체(5)를 구비한 베드(4)는 사이드 가드측의 힌지브래킷(1)에 힌지자재되는 힌지축(41)을 구비하고, 운전석의 페달(2A,2B) 조작으로 로딩되는 로드(3) 선단에 볼조인트 결합되어 착탈되게 한 롤러조립체(5)의 세움시 마스트(M)에 부설된 가이드(G)의 리트렉트로 베드(4)의 안쪽이 높아지게 한 것을 특징으로 한 전동 리치트럭의 배터리 인출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 롤러조립체(5)는 상태유지용 리턴스프링(6)에 의해 베드 브래킷(42)에 탄설되고, 회전낙하되는 방향측의 베드 브래킷(42) 하부에 스톱퍼(7)을 설치해서 된 것을 특징으로 한 전도 리치트럭의 배터리 인출장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 롤러조립체(5) 하부에 부설된 롤러(52)는 베드 브래킷(42) 사이에 결합된 힌지축(51)을 중심으로 스톱퍼(7)측으로 편심된 위치에 힌지결합된 것을 특징으로 한 전동 리치트럭의 배터리 인출장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
