Abstract

본 발명은 차량전복 침수시 차량자세 제어장치에 관한 것으로서, 종래의 차량에는 차량이 강 또는 호수등의 수면에 전복 추락할 경우 승객의 인명보호와 차체를 보존하기 위한 별도의 장치가 설치되지 않아 인명과 차체를 보존하지 못하는 문제점이 있었다.
차량이 전복되지 않고 바른자세로 추락하였을 경우 이를 감지하는 컨설워터센서(40)를 컨설내부에 설치하며, 차량이 전복되어 뒤집힌채 추락하였을 경우 이를 감지하는 루프워터센서(10)를 차량의 룸램프(70) 주위에 설치하되, 상기 컨설워터센서(40)는 워터에어백1(50)과 워터에어백2(60)에 연결되어 워터에어백(50,60)의 작동을 제어하게 되며, 상기 루프워터센서(10)는 차량의 일면 일방향으로 설치된 폭약장치(20)와 연결되어 폭약장치(20)의 폭발을 제어하게 되며, 상기 루프워터센서(10)와 폭약장치(20)사이에는 신호지연장치(110)를 설치하여 워터에어백(50.60) 폭발후 폭약장치(20)가 폭발하여 차량의 자세를 바로 잡을 수 있게 하고, 상기 루프워터센서(10)의 신호와 컨설워터센서(40)의 신호가 컨트롤러(30)에 입력되어, 상기 컨트롤러(30)가 워터에어백1(50)과 워터에어백2(60)의 폭발을 제어할 수 있도록 구성된다.
이와 같이, 본 발명의 차량전복 침수시 차량자세 제어장치를 이용한 자동차는 차량이 강 또는 호수등의 수면에 전복 추락할 경우에, 차체가 침수되지 않게하는 워터에어백과 차체의 자세를 바로잡는 폭약장치에 의하여 승객의 인명과 차체를 보호할 수 있게 되는 효과가 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 자동차의 차량전복 침수시 차량자세 제어장치에 있어서, 차량이 바른 자세로 추락하여 침수되는 것을 감지하는 컨설워터센서를 컨설내부에 설치하고, 차량이 뒤집힌채 전복 추락하여 침수하는 것을 감지하는 루프워터센서를 룸램프주위에 설치하여, 상기 컨설 워터센서의 신호와 루프 워터센서의 신호가 각각 컨트롤러에 입력되게 하며, 컨트롤러가 상기 입력된 신호에 의하여 워터에어백 1과 워터에어백 2의 팽창을 제어하게 하고, 루프워터센서는 감지된 신호를 컨트롤러와 폭약장치에 인가하여 폭발을 제어하되, 상기 폭약장치는 워터에어백 팽창후 10초∼15초후에 폭발하도록 제어하는 신호 지연장치에 의하여 폭발하게 하여 침수차량의 차체 자세를 바로잡을 수 있게 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 차량전복 침수시 차량자세 제어장치.
