Abstract

프린터 기기의 감열기록소자에 대하여 기재하고 있다. 본 발명은 세라믹 기판 상에 각각 형성된 띠(strip)형상의 발열부 글레이즈층 및 발열배선부 글레이즈층; 상기 글레이즈층이 형성된 세라믹 기판 상에 발열저항층 및 도전층을 증착한 후, 식각함으로써 다수 형성된 발열체 배선; 및 공통배선용 도전층패턴 및 상기 발열체 배선 중에서 발열부 글레이즈층 상에 놓인 부분만을 선택적으로 식각하여 노출시킴으로써 형성된 발열저항부를 포함하는 부분 글레이즈형 감열기록소자에 있어서, 상기 공통배선용 도전층패턴 하부의 상기 세라믹 기판과 발열저항층 사이에는 공통 배선층용 글레이즈층을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감열기록소자를 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면 공통배선층의 하부에 있는 세라믹 기판의 표면 거칠기를 공통 배선층용 글레이즈층으로 감소시켜 공통배선층의 저항을 낮춤으로써 균일한 농도의 인자(印字)가 가능하면서도 부분 글레이즈 기판의 기본적인 효과를 그대로 유지할 수 있다.

제3도는 본 발명에 따른 감열기록소자에 사용되는 부분 글레이즈 세라믹 기판을 나타낸 평면도이다.
제4a도 및 제4b는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 감열기록소자의 인자(印字)부를 각각 나타낸 단면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 세라믹 기판 상에 소정의 폭을 가지고 긴 변(邊) 방향으로 각각 형성된 띠(strip)형상의 발열부 글레이즈(glaze)층 및 발열배선부 글레이즈층; 상기 글레이즈층이 형성된 세라믹 기판 상에 발열저항층 및 도전층을 증착한후, 식각함으로써 다수 형성된 발열체 배선 및 공통배선용 도전층패턴; 및 상기 발열체 배선 중에서 발열부 글레이즈층 상에 놓인 부분만을 선택적으로 식각하여 노출시킴으로써 혀엉된 발열저항부를 포함하여 이루어지는 부분 글레이즈형 감열기록소자에 있어서, 상기 공통배선용 도전층패턴 하부의 상기 세라믹 기판과 발열저항층 사이에는 공통 배선층용 글레이즈층을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감열기록소자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공통배선용 도전층패턴은 그 상부 또는 하부에 형성된 소정 두께의 저항강하(降下)용 도전층패턴을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감열기록소자.
  3. 2항에 있어서, 상기 공통 배선층용 글레이즈층은 10㎛~80㎛의 두께로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 감열기록소자.
  4. 2항에 있어서, 상기 공통 배선층용 글레이즈층과 발열부 글레이즈층의 최단 간격은 0.3mm이상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 감열기록소자.
