Claims (1)

  1. 냉간압연에서 첫번째 스탠드 후단의 두께계(2)를 이용하여 일정시간에 두께를 샘플링(Sampling)한 후 그 편차량과 로드셀(1)의 압연하중을 이용 연산기(11)로
    구하고,이용하여 구한 새로운 α*로 (여기서, P:압연하중, Δα:제어파라미터 변동량,두께계에서 감지한 실제두께 편차량, M:밀정수) 비스라자동두께제어기(BISRA AGG)(7)의 제어 파라미터 고정값 α대신하여 온라인으로 자동튜닝함으로써 제어옵셋량을 줄여 피드백자동두께제어기(Feedback AGC)(8)의 수렴속도를 빠르게 하여 두께 편차량을 빨리 없애는 것을 특징으로 하는 판두께 제어장치의 자동튜닝방법.
