Abstract

본 발명은 메모리 시험장치에 관한 것으로, 종래에 메모리의 이상여부를 시험하기 위해서는 실장보드와 시험용 프로그램 그리고 시험용 패턴 등 복잡한 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어를 필요로 하였다. 따라서 비용 및 시간이 많이 걸리고 이상발생시 이를 수리 하는데 번거로운 문제점이 있었다. 본 발명은 이러한 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 정상적인 메모리와 시험용 메모리에 간은 어드레스신호를 인가한 후, 두 디바이스의 출력신호를 조합하게 하는 간단한 하드웨어회로 구성한 메모리 시험장치를 창안한 것으로, 이의 작용에 따라 시험용 디바이스 양/불량 상태를 쉽게 체크할 수 있고, 이로인해 시간이 절약되는 효과가 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 외부 스타트신호에 의해 구동하여 일정하게 입력되는 클럭에 따라 어드레스신호를 출력하는 어드레스신호발생부와; 외부 스타트신호에 의해 구동하여 일정하게 입력되는 클럭에 따라 제어신호를 출력하는 제어신호 발생부와; 상기 어드레스신호발생부의 어드레스신호와 상기 제어신호발생부의 제어신호에 따라 구동하여 그에 따른 신호를 출력하는 굳디바이스용보드와; 상기 어드레스신호발생부의 어드레스신호와 상기 제어신호발생부의 제어신호에 따라 구동하여 그에따른 신호를 출력하는 시험디바이스용보드와; 상기 굳디바이스용보드와 상기 시험디바이스용보드의 출력신호를 조합하여 시험디바이스의 이상여부를 판단하는 이상신호발생부와: 상기 이상신호발생부의 출력신호에 따라 이를 표시에 주는 표시부로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 메모리 시험장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이상신호발생부는 상기 굳디바이스용보드와 테스트디바이스용보드의 각 출력신호를 순서대로 배타적 오아링 하여 출력하는 다수의 배타적오아게이트와; 상기 다수의 배타적오아게이트의 출력신호를 오아링하여 출력하는 오아게이트로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 메모리 시험장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표시부는 상기 오아게이트의 출력신호에 따라 서로 반대로 온/오프되는 발광소자로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 메모리 시험장치.
