Abstract

본 발명은 차륜 현가용 조인트와 같은 조인트의 베어링 메탈(2)을 안내 장치 또는 안정 장치와 같은 구성 요소의 수납 개구부(3a)내에 고정시키기 위한 장치에 관한 것이다. 베어링 메탈(2)의 고정에 필요한 가공 및 이에 따른 제조 비용을 감소시키기 위해, 베어링 메탈(2)에 조인트 저널(1)쪽으로 정감하는 원추형 외면(2a)이 형성되며, 원추형 외면(2a)상에는 상응하는 원추형 대응면(6a)을 가지고 그 원통형 외면(6a)에 의해 수납 개구부(3a)내에 지지되는 클램프 링(6)이 배치된다.

제1도는 관형 구성 요소의 단부내에 배치된 상태에서의 본 발명에 따른 베어링 메탈을 구비한 볼-소켓형 조인트의 단면도.
제2도는 구성 요소의 관통 구멍내에 배치되는 베어링 메탈을 구비한 제2실시예의 제1도에 상응하는 단면도.
제3도는 구성 요소의 포켓형 구멍내에 배치되는 베어링 메탈의 제3실시예를 구비한 볼-소켓형 조인트의 단면도.

Claims (7)

  1. 차륜 현가용 조인트와 같은 조인트의 베어링 메탈(2)을 안내 장치 또는 안정장치와 같은 구성 요소의 수납 개구부(3a)내에 고정시키기 위한 장치로서, 베어링 메탈(2)에 조인트 저널(1)쪽으로 점감하는 원추형 외면(2a)이 형성되며, 원추형 외면(2a)상에는 상응하는 원추형 대응면(6a)을 가지고 그 원통형 외면(6a)에 의해 수납 개구부(3a)내에 지지되는 클램프 링(6)이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트의 베어링 메탈을 수납 개구부내에 고정시키기 위한 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 클램프 링(6)은 베어링 메탈(2)을 수납하는 구성 요소(3)의 베어링 개구부(3b)내에 맞물리는 베어링 볼트(7)를 위한 횡방향 구멍(6c)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 횡방향 구멍(6c)은 부시형으로 형성된 클램프 링(6)의 폐쇄 바닥부(6d)의 영역에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 클램프 링(6)은 클램프 링(6)과 베어링 메탈(2) 사이에 배치된 확장 스프링(8a, 8b)을 위한 지지면을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 확장 스프링(8a)은 고무 링으로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 확장 스프링(8a)은 원추형 코일 스프링으로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 베어링 메탈(2)과 클램프 링(6)은 폴리아세탈(POM)과 같은 플라스틱으로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
