Abstract

본 발명은 판형부재 체결구조에 관한 것으로서, 제1결합부재(10)가 하나 이상의 제2결합부재(40)에 결합되는 판형부재의 체결구조에 있어서, 상기 제1결합부재(10)에는 선단으로 갈수록 직경이 줄어드는 테이퍼공(11)이 구비되어 돌출 형성된 중공의 보스부(12)와, 상기 보스부(12)의 선단부에 외경방향으로 소정량 돌출되어 형성된 걸림돌기(14)와, 상기 걸림돌기(14) 부분을 포함하는 보스부(12) 부분에 반경방향으로 수축 또는 확장될 수 있도록 탄성을 가지며, 축심을 기준으로 등각으로 다수개 분할되어 축방향으로 연징된 콜릿편(16)을 포함하며, 상기 제1결합부재(10)의 보스부(12)의 테이퍼공(11)에 삽입되어 콜릿편(16)을 반경방향으로 확장시킴으로써, 상기 제2결부재(40)의 결합공(42)을 외향하여 탄지하도록 하는 결합핀(60)을 구비하여, 특별한 공구를 사용하지 않고도 간편하게 체결할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

제3도는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 관한 것으로서, (a)는 피결합부재와 결합핀을 도시한 요부 분해사시도, (b)는 요부 결합단면도, (c)는 (b)의 A-A선에 따른 단면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 제1결합부재(10)가 하나 이상의 제2결합부재(40)에 결합되는 판형부재의 체결구조에 있어서, 상기 제1결합부재(10)에는 선단으로 갈수록 직경이 줄어드는 테이퍼공(11)이 구비되어 돌출 형성된 중공의 보스부(12)와, 상기 보스부(12)의 선단부에 외경방향으로 소정량 돌출되어 형성된 걸림돌기(14)와, 상기 걸림돌기(14) 부분을 포함한 보스부(12) 부분에 반경방향으로 수축 또는 확장될 수 있도록 탄성을 가지며, 축심을 기준으로 등각으로 다수개 분할되어 축방향으로 연징된 콜릿편(16)을 포함하며, 상기 제1결합부재(10)의 보스부(12)의 테이퍼공(11)에 삽입되어 콜릿편(16)을 반경방향으로 확장시킴으로써, 상기 제2결합부재(40)의 결합공(42)을 외향하여 탄지하도록 하는 결합핀(60)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 판형부재 체결구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1결합부재(10)의 보스부(12)는 제1결합부재(10)가 상기 제2결합부재(40) 방향으로 이동되지 않도록 하며, 보스부의 강성을 보강하도록 돌출 형성된 다수의 리브(18)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 판형부재 체결구조.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합핀(60)은 자루를 이루는 핀부(62)와, 머리부(64)로 이루어지며, 상기 제1결합부재(10)의 보스부(12)에는 상기 결합핀(60)의 머리부(64)를 수용하여 외부로 돌출되지 않도록 형성된 머리수용부(20)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 판형부재 체결구조.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합핀(60)의 머리부(64) 일측에는 결합핀(60) 분리시 소정의 공구를 삽입시킬 수 있도록 요홈(68)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 판형부재 체결구조.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합핀(60)의 핀부(62) 일측에 형성된 안내돌기(70)와, 상기 제1결합부재(10)의 보스부(12)에 상기 결합핀(60)의 안내돌기(70)의 이동을 안내하도록 안내돌기(70)에 대응하여 형성된 안내홈(22)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 판형부재 체결구조.
