Abstract

금형의 게이트를 통해 캐비티(cavity) 내에 외층용 성형재료를 사출하는 공정과, 코어용 성형재료를 사출하여 이 코어용 성형재료를 게이트 및 캐비티내의 외층용 성형재료내에 유입시킴과 동시에 이들 양(兩) 재료를 캐비티내로 유동시켜 제1구성부의 성형을 진행시키는 공정과, 외층용 성형재료의 유동방향 앞부분을 코어용 성형재료에 의해 돌파하여 코어용 성형재료를 캐비티내로 유동시킴으로써 제1구성부의 성형진행하에 제2구성부의 성형을 진행시키는 공정과, 외층용 성형재료에 의해 게이트내의 양 재료를 캐비티내에 방출하여 제1 및 제2구성부의 성형을 완료하는 공정을 이용한다. 이렇게 함으로써 코어와 외층으로 된 샌드위치 구조를 구비한 제1구성부와, 단층구조를 구비한 제2구성부를 가진 합성수지 성형체가 양산된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 코어와, 이 코어를 피복하는 외층으로 된 샌드위치 구조를 구비한 제1구성부와, 이 제1구성부에 연설되고 단층구조를 구비한 제2구성부를 가진 합성수지 성형체를 제조함에 있어서, 금형의 게이트를 통해 성형용 캐비티내에 외층용 성형재료를 사출하는 제1공정과, 코어용 성형재료를 사출하여, 이 코어용 성형재료를 상기 게이트내 및 상기 캐비티내의 상기 외층용 성형재료내에 유입시킴과 동시에 이들 외층용 및 코어용 성형재료를 상기 캐비티내로 유동시켜 상기 제1구성부의 성형을 진행시키는 제2공정과, 상기 외층용 성형재료의 유동방향 앞부분을 상기 코어용 성형재료의 유동방향 앞부분에 의해 돌파하여 이 코어용 성형재료를 상기 캐비티내로 유동시킴으로써 상기 제1구성부의 성형진행하에 상기 제2구성부의 성형을 진행시키는 제3공정과, 상기 외층용 성형재료에 의해 상기 게이트내에 존재하는 2중 구조의 상기 외층용 및 코어용 성형재료를 상기 캐비티내에 압출함으로써 상기 제1 및 제2구성부의 성형을 완료하는 제4공정을 이용하여서 되는 합성수지 성형체의 제조방법.
