Abstract

본 발명은 에이엠에이(AMA) 프로젝터 검사장치에 관한 것으로, 스크린을 통한 AMA 프로젝터로 부터의 광량이 광량검출부를 통해 라인별 광량이 스위칭부로 제공되고, 제어부로부터의 스위칭 제어신호에 의거하여 각 픽셀에 대한 광량이 비교부로 제공되며, 비교부를 통해 설정된 픽셀에 대한 기준광량과 비교되어 설정된 소정치에 미달되는 불량픽셀들이 메모리에 저장된다. 그 다음, 모든 픽셀에 대한 광량검출이 완료되면 메모리에 저장된 불량픽셀들이 디스플레이를 통해 디스플레이되므로써, AMA 프로젝터의 불량픽셀들이 디스플레이부를 통해 디스플레이되므로 작업자가 AMA 프로젝터의 제조공정시에 그 불량여부를 쉽게 검사할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

제2도는 본 발명에 따라 에이엠에이(AMA) 프로젝터를 검사하는 동작과정을 도시한 플로우챠트.

Claims (1)

  1. 소정형상을 갖는 광을 소정의 각도로 반사하여 적색, 녹색, 청색의 색광으로 분리하고, 분리된 각 색광에 대해 단위화소별로 광로를 조절한 다음 스크린으로 투사하는 AMA 프로젝터의 이상유무를 검사하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 스크린을 통해 투사되는 상기 AMA 프로젝터로 부터의 광량을 라인별로 검출하기 위한 광량검출 수단(110); 스위칭 제어신호에 기초하여 상기 광량검출수단(110)으로 부터의 라인별 광량을 각 픽셀에 대한 광량으로 스위칭하기 위한 스위칭수단(120); 기준광량 및 설정된 소정치를 저장하며, 제어수단(140)으로 부터의 저장을 위한 제어신호에 의거하여 불량픽셀들을 저장하는 메모리(150); 상기 스위칭수단(120)으로부터 제공되는 각 픽셀에 대한 광량과 상기 메모리(150)에 저장된 기준광량을 비교하여 그 차이신호를 발생하는 비교수단(130); 상기 스위칭 제어신호를 발생하고, 상기 비교수단(130)으로 부터의 차이신호가 상기 메모리에 설정된 소정치에 미달되는 상기 불량픽셀들을 저장하기 위한 제어신호를 발생하며, 상기 AMA 프로젝터의 모든 픽셀에 대한 광량검출이 완료되면 상기 메모리(150)에 저장된 불량픽셀들을 디스플레이하기 위한 제어신호를 발생하는 제어수단(140); 상기 제어수단(150)으로부터의 디스플레이를 위한 제어신호에 의거하여 상기 메모리(150)에 저장된 불량픽셀들을 디스플레이하는 디스플레이수단(160)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 에이엠에이(AMA) 프로젝터 검사장치.
